Great location. Walking distance to Pompei Scarvi. Very central indeed. Hotel gentleman was more than helpful when we locked room keys in. Went out of his way to get into room. Hotel very close to the best pizza in the world! And only 4 euros for a pizza! We had to have two! Parking right in front of hotel. Air conditioning a bonus as was hot in Pompei. Rooms very clean and spacious. Internet connection excellent.

The front desk staff were amazing - Particularly Francesca - there were also a couple of male staff at different times of day that were always pleasant and very helpful. The staff that were present at breakfast again were very pleasant - my inability to speak Italian (beyond hello/goodbye, thank you) prevented me from connecting with them any further. They were always friendly and attentive.

The location just outside the walls of the old town is good The facilities were in poor condition and needed maintenance. A faded hotel requires better cleaning and no serious attempt was being made at cleaning many areas and the drainage in the room did not work well.

Location was very good just outside the old town of Spoleto, Staff were friendly and breakfast good although fresh rolls not always available. The various rooms in the hotel were decorated with posters from previous festivals and added a stylish touch. Air conditioning in bedroom not working properly and coffee (Americano) at breakfast not good.

Very helpful staff, who were very welcoming, gave me a city map straightaway, and answered many of my questions. Superb location just on one of the main squares, so it was easy to access both the bus and train stations, as well as enjoy the festivities in the town. I would definitely stay there again.

We easily found the hotel. The staff was friendly and gave advise for our city tour on foot. It was raining and we manage with umbrellas to reach the centro of the city and enjoy a nice meal. We had a delicious breakfast and will stay there again.

E' davanti alla porta d'accesso del centro storico. Comodo per lasciare l'auto e proseguire a piedi Sotto l'albergo c'è un bar che la sera mette musica e la piazzetta davanti non è molto illuminata

Staff veramente molto carino e cordiale. Camera accogliente con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima anche la posizione per visitare il centro di Spoleto, a pochi passi dalla zona centrale pedonale.

Il centro storico di Spoleto è chiuso al traffico quindi quasi tutti gli altri hotel non hanno il parcheggio. L'Hotel Clarici ha invece una posizione davvero buona e la possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio sottostante la struttura pagando 6 euro in più al giorno (approfittatene). La prima colazione è abbastanza abbondante, il personale è molto disponibile e le camere sono pulite. Sono rimasto soddisfatto del rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura esterna dell'Hotel non è attraente esteticamente e si capisce che ha un pò di anni alle spalle. Anche il bagno in camera presenta lo stesso difetto e andrebbe riammodernato.
