The proprietress is a wonderful, gracious lady! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. They were very kind in providing not just an early breakfast on our last morning, but the full buffet (which we did not expect!) It is one of the few hotels in Spoleto within easy walking distance to the train station. Good internet connection in the room. Big rooms. This hotel is in the "lively" area of town, therefore it is very noisy. The staff tried to accommodate us into a quieter room, but it was still noisy. Located on a busy piazza, there was noise from an adjacent bar, bus stop, rubbish trucks early every morning, kids sitting in their car with the blasting stereo one night. Spoleto's hotel prices are high,

It was easy to find, right adjacent to the gates to the historic center of Spoleto. The room was right on a busy square, so it was rather noisy. Also, it received the afternoon sun and so became rather stuffy and hot. I asked the desk if I could use the air conditioning, but they said it was turned off, because it was October. However we certainly could have used it. We wanted to explore the old town, but were not told about the escalator that goes up to the castle. The climb to the main square and the cathedral is rather steep, and even after taking the escalator, it was not clear (to us) how to descend to the level of the cathedral.

Wonderful hotel and highly recommendable! The personnel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is really nice inside. The whole place was kept very clean. Our room was large enough for four people and very comfortable. The balcony, too, was nice and offered a good view. The bathroom was quite spacious and clean with everything we needed. The breakfast is sufficient (and exceptionally rich and diverse for Italian standards). The hotel is also ideally located at the edge of the old town. The dome, castle, etc. are close by, and the train station, too, is within easy walking distance. Altogether, the perfect hotel for a really pleasant stay in the charming town of Spoleto. Excellent value for a very reasonable price.

La cortesia del personale; La comodità della posizione: facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria; alle porte del borgo; vicino alla scala mobile per arrivare rapidamente in centro. Purtroppo, è mancata l'acqua in zona e l'hotel non era fornito di una riserva. Fortunatamente, si è trattato di un problema risolto nel giro di qualche ora. La colazione era abbastanza misera. Avevamo prenotato una quadrupla ma la stanza aveva tutta l'aria di una tripla con letto aggiunto.

La cortesia dello staff è stata eccellente, ho ricevuto la camera prima dell'orario previsto per il mio arrivo, la posizione è ottima, centralissima. La colazione nella norma. La struttura è carina, ma gli arredi delle stanze, il bagno (anche se grande) ed i materassi manifestano i segni del tempo..ci vorrebbe un restyling.

il personale cordiale e disponibile stanza poco pulita e caos sia la notte che la mattina perchè non ci sono i doppi vetri quindi trovandosi in prossimità del centro con diversi locali e con le fermate degli autobus praticamente si dorme un paio d'ore.

La gentilezza del personale, la posizione strategica, l'ambiente in generale, il panorama nonostante sia posto ai piedi della cittadina. Soltanto il cigolio della porta del bagno, per mancanza di un goccio d'olio lubrificante.
