Very friendly, professional and had important amenities for international travelers (breakfast, free Wi-Fi and a good amount of english speaking staff members). Had the feel of a bed and breakfast but the services of a large hotel. Location was perfect, right at the entrance to the old part of town. |

The staff were fabulous - very friendly & helpful and some spoke fluent English. Clean & good-sized room. Free internet service. King-size bed. Supermarket nearby. I would have liked a kettle to make tea & coffee in our room. |

Besides all the staff being incredibly friendly (and speaking fluent English) they went out of their way to help us with information and at one point even arranged a free ride for us to pick up a rental car to save us money on a taxi. The location was perfect for launching into the old part of town (right at the city gate). The view from our terrace was overlooking the old town and a park. The room was large and clean and the breakfast (included) was a buffet, the best breakfasts of our entire trip (including freshly made pastries!). Also, we could walk from the train station with our luggage (several blocks but possible). There was a little traffic noise from the streets below since several roads converge and people congregate in the park. |

The hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly. It was in an ideal position at the foot of the hilltop town. rather noisy in the square outside until late at night - but that was just the situation of the hotel and not a criticism of the hotel. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war außerordentlich und die Nähe zur Altstadt war mir besonders nützlich. Der Verkehrslärm besonders nachts war störend, zumal man nur dann von der wunderbar frischen abgekühlten Luft aus den Bergen durch Öffnen der Fenster hätte profitieren können. Zudem wurde das Zimmer durch die Sonneneinstrahlung auf den Fenstern doch sehr muffig. |

Wij waren aangenaam verrast van de stad als ook van het Hotel. Daar wij hier maar één nacht hebben verbleven was dit een zeer goed Hoteletje. Wij zijn gaan eten in een gastronomisch restaurant " Apollinare "wat uitstekend was Wat mager ontbijt.Cot 8/10 |

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale sopra la media.Qualsiasi richiesta veniva soddisfatta al momento a prescindere dall'orario. 2 cose: il fatto che che la toilette avesse una forte umidità con odore di fogna che fuorisciva dalle tuabature. e vetri non isolanti dai rumori esterni. |

Es liegt direkt am Pilgerweg von Assisi nach Rom. Erst waren wir erschrocken über den äusseren Anblick. Innen waren wir dann angenehm überrascht. Die Hotellage ist direkt an der Strasse mit viel Verkehr. Der Lärm gehört dann wohl zum Pilgern dazu. |

Venlig betjening. Dejligt med altan. Morgenmad OK. Dejligt at kunne parkere i gården. Rart med elevator. I øvrigt en dejlig by. Irriterende at ventilatoren på toilettet går i gang, når lyset tændes. At den ikke kan slås fra. Af og til dårlig lugt på toilettet. |

E' un ottimo compromesso prezzo qualità, la posizione vicinissima al centro storico, la colazione a buffet, la cortesia del personale e soprattutto la pulizia costante delle camere ne fanno l'hotel ideale per chi vuole visitare Spoleto senza spendere un patrimonio. Per non parlare dello staff che oltre ad essere simpatico (e carina) è stato super disponibile nel consigliarci dove mangiare bene a buon prezzo e come fare per visitare la città e i dintorni. Consigliato vivamente!! |

La notevole vicinanza al centro storico e la sua ubicazione, la quale mi ha permesso di indivuduarlo in pochissimo tempo senza dover fare molti giri in auto Il parcheggio a pagamento, anche se nessuno mi ha obbligato 6 euro al giorno mi sembrano un po troppi, considerato che al di fuori dell'hotel è quasi impossibile parcheggiare senza prendere multe. |
