Staff gentilissimo e competente, il ristorante merita le 5 stelle con un esterno fantastico, stanze pulite ed arredate con gusto. Posizione perfetta per vistare Spoleto. Le recensioni negative al momento della prenotazione ci hanno fatto esitare ma fortunatamente le abbiamo ignorate, ritorneremo sicuramente in questo hotel.

Nulla, se non una sforzata cortesia del personale Molto sporco, polvere dappertutto e sulla traversa inferiore della finestra uno scarafaggio morto. Ho lasciato la finestra aperta perché lo vedessero e rimuovessero, ma alla sera era sempre la. Ne ho fatto una foto col cellulare, caso mai non ci credessero.

Solo la posizione essendo vicino al centro storico della cittadina. Parecchie cose: in bagno lasciava tutto a desiderare, specilamente per quanto riguarda la doccia, ninete denda doccia o box doccie e l'acqua non si riusciva neanche a miscelarla e quindi o si faceva la doccia bollente o si faceva la doccia fredda. abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la televisione ed è impensabile che mentre sei in camera ti piombi uno dei responsabili dell'Hotel per cercare di sistemare la televisione e non solo. le camere non erano neanche dotate di friogrifero..

Tutto perfetto nei minimi dettagli, personale gentilissimo, I proprietari sempre disponibili ed attenti. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade free nelle stanze superior e devo dire che sono veramente spaziose, nuove e pulitissime. Sicuramente merita una menzione particolare il ristorante, ci ha deliziato con grandi sapori e profumi,in un ambiente di festa natalizia come una volta. Torneremo presto

La struttura sorge praticamente su un museo , tutto molto interessante ma per contro la vetustà si fà sentire.Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente, un ristorante confortevole e pratico per chi non ha voglia di girare a vuoto cercando dove cenare , peccato che l'angolo caminetto fosse destinato ai clienti fumatori ????. Le camere sono datate e parzialmente ristrutturate , rumorose perchè mancano di isonorizzazione e non sono in linea con il resto della struttura ( mobili antichi ovunque ma nella camera niente armadio ) - il Clitunno è una buona struttura dove trascorrere qualche giorno con amici , sicuramente torneremo e non da soli .......... Tirate via la moquette ed I fumatori mandateli a fumare al castello a piedi ......

El hotel está bien, su ubicación es muy buena y el precio es razonable. Es desagradable descubrir a media noche, que las paredes o que el suelo de la habitación superior no sirven para aislar el ruido, en mi caso, un zumbido mecánico (como de un aspirador o de una lavadora de ropa) que no dejó de funcionar hasta el amanecer. Esa noche dormí muy poco. Si no llamé a la recepción fue porque mi esposa dormía, y no se había sentido muy bien ese día. Tal vez haya sido mala suerte.
