A pleasant hotel well-situated in the heart of the medieval town of Spoleto. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful. Food in the restaurant is excellent, however, breakfast is a little basic. I have stayed there before and would happily return. |

The location is excellent - just a short walk to everything, and the rooms have been recently renovated. The room decor is modern italian style, very clean and very charming. Rooms are not huge but are well appointed. Excellent value for money. Staff are relaxed and friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. i would not hesitate to return or recommend to others. |

Sicuramente la posizione... poi gli ambienti "caratteristici" delle camere e della sala colazione Le camere si trovano dislocate su più livelli con diverse scale da salire, scendere e risalire (il che lo rende ancora più caratteristico), ma le scarse indicazioni date dallo staff hanno reso il raggiungimento della camera una vera e propria "caccia la tesoro". In camera mancava il frigo-bar e la tv satellitare... c'era??? (sulla carta) |

Bell'hotel direttamente nel centro città. Arredamento d'epoca molto bello .Hotel di classe. Peccato per il personale.Poco professionale e talvolta scortese. Ci hanno anche rifilato 2 monete da 500 lire invece dei 2 euro. Il personale spesso sortese e poco professionale. |

L'Hotel è situato in una zona centralinissima dove potrete trovare tutti negozi/ristoranti vicino al albergo, inoltre le camere sono molto accoglienti pulite anche se non sono grandi (almeno la nostra), la colazione ricca a buffet Letto corto (le persone al di sopra del 1,80 m) possono avere qualche problemino :-). Inoltre la doccia non disponeva del box doccia completo questa comportava di allagare sempre il bagno. |

L'Hotel è situato dentro la città di Spoleto, favorisce la visita della stessa senza l'uso di macchina/moto. Cortesia ed efficienza del personale. Letto grande e comodo.Si potrebbe migliorare la qualità del servizio inserendo il frigobar nelle camere dato che dall'origine non è previsto come dotazione ed in estate è molto utile. La stanza (Old Style Superior) era deludente rispetto alle foto rappresentate sul Vostro sito. In teoria dopo tale stanza per bellezza ed importanza ci doveva essere la Suite, quindi ci aspettavamo una camera elegante, bella e con una bella vista. |

La tranquillità del luogo, la posizione centrale, la cortesia dei proprietari e del signore di colore addetto alla reception, la bellezza della struttura antica Una scarsa attenzione ai particolari (nella doccia non si sa dove poggiare i saponi, le porte delle camere sono vecchie e non adeguate, le lampade a muro sul letto sono troppo vicine aquest'ultimo con il risultato che quando si scende ci si sbatte contro........) |

La cordialità delle persone e la qualità del servizio e della colazione!! la prossima volta vorrei provare il ristorante. facilità di parcheggio. appena arrivati era fredda la stanza ma è anche vero che fuori nevicava, nella notte invece (per fortuna) abbiamo avuto molto caldo! |

La gentilezza e la cortesia degli addetti alla reception. E' carino, confortevole e in pieno centro, quindi molto comodo. Non capisco però perché non abbiamo potuto parcheggiare di fronte, dal momento che ho visto parecchie vetture. Sottolineo questo, solo perché al momento di andare via, non ricordavamo dove avevamo parcheggiato la vettura e quindi abbiamo impiegato un bel po' in salite e... |
