In general we had a good experience at the hotel. We heard others complain about the broken air-conditioners in their rooms, but ours was fine. The restaurant food was only fair and too expensive. We ate there only once. Our room was fairly small and there were only two small drawers to put clothes into so we had to leave most things out and on chairs |

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale; anche la cucina e l'atmosfera del ristorante. Penso che la prima colazione potrebbe essere un pochino più curata anche se le sale sono molto belle. |

Sicuramente la posizione... poi gli ambienti "caratteristici" delle camere e della sala colazione Le camere si trovano dislocate su più livelli con diverse scale da salire, scendere e risalire (il che lo rende ancora più caratteristico), ma le scarse indicazioni date dallo staff hanno reso il raggiungimento della camera una vera e propria "caccia la tesoro". In camera mancava il frigo-bar e la tv satellitare... c'era??? (sulla carta) |

Bell'hotel direttamente nel centro città. Arredamento d'epoca molto bello .Hotel di classe. Peccato per il personale.Poco professionale e talvolta scortese. Ci hanno anche rifilato 2 monete da 500 lire invece dei 2 euro. Il personale spesso sortese e poco professionale. |
