Clean, friendly and value for money. Not a luxury hotel but it does not pretend to be. Very good value for money for a family of four with buffet breakfast included. Free Internet access, better than a five star in San Francisco that wanted to charge me 15 dollars for 24 hours access last summer. Nothin in particular. It would not be fair to criticise for the price. Friendliness and value for money are the particular strengths of this hotel.

Close to the historic town center. Half an hour walking route. Private parking. Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful garden. Quiet enviroment but easy to approach. Very good breakfast, romm in lavandel colour. Good for families.

Very pretty hotel, lovely spaces inside and outdoors. I enjoyed the terrace off of our room very much, plus the larger terrace space open to all. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was much variety. We had a comfort room, yet I thought the bed was a little on the small side for 2 people.

reasonable value in a very expensive area! Room immaculately cleaned. Wi-fi and parking free. staff not particularly friendly - not hostile but cool. Much further away from the historic centre than I thought when booking. Breakfst only OK.

מלון בוטיק ואינטימי, צוות ידידותי ומסביר פנים. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומפתיעה לממוצע האירופי. צמוד לחוף אגם גארדה ומרחק קטן מהעיר העתיקה של סרמיונה. חדרים נוחים ומעוצבים, שרותים נקיים ותחזוקה טובה בעיית יתושים קשה ולפי הבנתי זה המצב בכל המקומות סביב האגם

La disponibilità dello staff. La possibilità di poter usufruire del loro parcheggio anche prima del ceckin e dopo il ceckout. La camera accogliente e pulita. La colazione ben fornita che accontenta i gusti di tutti.

La posizione è ottimale: mezz'ora di piacevole passeggiata fino al centro di Sirmione. A pochi passi dal lago e con ampio parcheggio gratuito. La nostra camera era piuttosto essenziale nell'arredo ma luminosa e confortevole, con terrazzino. Perfettamente pulita e spaziosa. Colazione a buffet molto buona sia dolce sia salata, con alcuni dolci fatti in casa. Il wifi funzionava solo nei pressi della reception ma in camera il segnale era assente

הצוות במלון נחמד מאד. המיקום שקת ויפה מאד. חניה פרצות של המלון - מאד נוח. ארוחת בוקר תובה ומספיקה. קל להגיה ברגל לאזור התיירות וחנויות יוקרה. עגם מול המלון ופרק יפה להליכה נעימה . מאד נהנתי!

Freundliches Personal, leider nicht Deutschschprechend obwohl zu unserem Aufenthalt gerade ca 90 % Deutsche anwesend waren.Früstück war ausreichen und gut. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Bäder sehr klein und das Zimmer ebenfalls. Nur ein einziger Kanal auf Deutsch finde ich äusserst schwach in der heutigen Zeit.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und hat der Beschreibung im Internet total entsprochen. Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Eher zurückhaltend und bei Fragen und Wünschen mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, da etwas weg von der Straße, dadurch ruhig, mit ein paar Schritten am See und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was sehr angenehm ist, da man aufgrund der Mückenartigen Fliegen das Fenster nur ungern weit geöffnet hat. Das Frühstück war gut, mit ausreichender Auswahl für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmertüren sind etwas laut. Was daran liegen mag, dass es keine üblichen schweren Hotelzimmertüren sind. Die Dusche in unserem Bad würde eine neue Abdichtung benötigen. Das Wasser ist unten am Rand rausgelaufen beim duschen. Das war zwar mit den ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellten Handtüchern zu bewerkstelligen, war aber dennoch etwas unangenehm. Zudem würde es dem Hotel den Handtuchverbrauch einsparen.
