Very helpful desk clerks Clean and quiet room Elevator Excellent bed The morning coffee was the WORST I have ever had. Can't you get a better machine? Has any staff member ever tasted it? The maid kept throwing away our plastic drinking cups and not leaving a replacement. Also she tore the curtain off its curtian rod--I don't think she knew there was a cord to pull. When tour busses came, getting breakfast was a problem--crowding. |

Close to train station Very noisy hotel (car, truck, bus). Staff said that the hotel have no noise but we didn't sleep. |

We were comfortable with the rooms, it was nice decorated, good airconditioned the breakfast buffet was excellent problems in bathroom - very small shower |

The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was also a nice spread with different options. In addition, allowing us to stow luggage was very helpful. Our room was very dirty. I am not a clean freak but I didn't even want to take off my socks walking around. Also, my bed was concave, it was so old and uncomfortable when I laid on it, I heard springs popping below.The TV did not work. When we turned it on, only a white line came across the screen. |

Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Standarden på hotellet var betydligt lägre än 3 stjärnor. Mer 1 eller kanske möjligtvis 2 stjärnor. Slitna och nedgångna rum med sprickor och trasiga dörrar, tak och väggar. Väldigt lyhört! |
