Great location, friendly staff.

Location was excellent for sightseeing. Most sights were within walking distance. All the buses, trams and trains were just outside. Breakfast was very good. Staff in the restaurant were very obliging.

The location is excellent, across the road from the station and just next to the bus depot that goes to themall.it

The room was really dusty, there was a cloud of dust on the floor and when we were in the room dust was just everywhere (you could see it when you open the blinds with the sun shining thru) I think it was just dust under the bed that the cleaners forgot to vacuum.

The hotel is very near the train station.So, you can easily travel anotner small cities near Floransa by train and return your hotel in a day. In addition to this, room that we stayed is new and comfortable.

Room, though a bit small, was very well maintained. Location was near Florence smn railway station. Breakfast was good. They did not have eggs in breakfast, but when we asked for it, the staff got it promptly for us.

Credit card was charged even before we checked-in. Hotel staff said it got charged by mistake.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was amazing. Very clean and close to everything. We went to Rome, Florence and Venice and this was the best hotel and the best part of our tour.

Had an upgrade that was the best hotel in all the hotels I stayed at for a month's trip.

Lovely staff members! Excellent location which made it easy for getting around. Rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast was also great with a plenty of choice.

Centrally located,next to railway station and within easy reach of all major attractions.

Th ehotel was closed fro renovation and the reception upgraded us in the ambassador suite.

good location a few minutes from the historical center. the hotel seems recently renovated, lobby and room have a modern decor, very nice. even bathroom seems renewed, and was very clean. staff very helpful and friendly. overall, Hotel Club is a very good choice to stay in Florence.

Hotel has a very good location, close to the train station as well as central historical part of Florence. It is budget-friendly considering the prices of Florence.

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom that made the stay a bit inconvenient
