W miarę szczelne okna, które redukują hałas z ulicy.Blisko do najważniejszych miejsc turystycznych, które koniecznie trzeba zobaczyć we Forencji. W pokoju, jak i w samym hotelu brudne wykładziny. Śniadania skromne.Łazienki małe, miejsce na prysznic fatalne, brakuje ciepłej wody. Hotel połozony jest w tzw. zonie- nie mozna poruszać się autem.Problem z parkingiem, za wynajęty garaż trzeba zapłacić 27eur/doba. Więc w rezultacie cena za pokój znacznie wzrasta. |

Very helpful desk clerks Clean and quiet room Elevator Excellent bed The morning coffee was the WORST I have ever had. Can't you get a better machine? Has any staff member ever tasted it? The maid kept throwing away our plastic drinking cups and not leaving a replacement. Also she tore the curtain off its curtian rod--I don't think she knew there was a cord to pull. When tour busses came, getting breakfast was a problem--crowding. |

Muy buena localización, a unos pasos de la estacion S.M.N del Tren. El hotel para el cual reservamos estaba cerrado por remodelacion pero nos hospedaron en un hotel de la misma cadena (Hotel Ambasciatori) a la vuelta de la esquina, con mejores instalaciones. Los cuartos son estupendos y el desayuno fue de lo mejor (buffet) por el precio que pagamos. El cuarto que nos asignaron solo tenia un contacto, lo cual para quien viaja con camaras fotograficas, celular, PC y demás electrónicos es un problema. |

Super-Lage. Bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnhof hatten wir eigentlich sehr wenig Zeit für die Besichtigung von Florenz aber wir haben das Zimmer schnell bezogen Hotel gleich beim Bahnhof!! und nach 5 Minuten waren wir schon im Zentrum |
