Convenient location within 100 metres from train station and just next door to bus station. Near city centre where majority of the tourist places of interest are. Good value for money hotel.

As hotel is next to road and not good sound proving, it can be noisy depending on which room you stay. The first room allocated was on second floor next to road was noisy. We requested and was changed to a room on the top floor. It was much better but we had to walk a little longer and also up 1 flight of stairs was the elevator did not serve to top floor.

Excellent location... near train and bus stations. Easy walk to city Centre. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Good continental breakfast.

Friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff; they gave us the information we needed to pick up our rental car and how to get to our next stay south of Florence. Especially these staff members: Franco and Maurizio were the best! Also the breakfast was excellent

The bed in Room 383 B ...it was a hide-a-bed and not very comfortable.

Location was excellent for sightseeing. Most sights were within walking distance. All the buses, trams and trains were just outside. Breakfast was very good. Staff in the restaurant were very obliging.

The location is excellent, across the road from the station and just next to the bus depot that goes to themall.it

The room was really dusty, there was a cloud of dust on the floor and when we were in the room dust was just everywhere (you could see it when you open the blinds with the sun shining thru) I think it was just dust under the bed that the cleaners forgot to vacuum.

The hotel is very near the train station.So, you can easily travel anotner small cities near Floransa by train and return your hotel in a day. In addition to this, room that we stayed is new and comfortable.

Room, though a bit small, was very well maintained. Location was near Florence smn railway station. Breakfast was good. They did not have eggs in breakfast, but when we asked for it, the staff got it promptly for us.

Credit card was charged even before we checked-in. Hotel staff said it got charged by mistake.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was amazing. Very clean and close to everything. We went to Rome, Florence and Venice and this was the best hotel and the best part of our tour.

Had an upgrade that was the best hotel in all the hotels I stayed at for a month's trip.

Lovely staff members! Excellent location which made it easy for getting around. Rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast was also great with a plenty of choice.
