breakfast was poor and breakfast room very small
welcome from staff. facilities location, close to all main tourist sites and all in easy walking distance. try the central market for great authentic food at great value prices.
seems expensive but I guess that's Florence.
The location was very handy from the station and there was some good restaurants and food shops very near. Very clean and quiet at night.
Quaint, pristine, and two blocks from the cathedral square. Management receives extra high marks in customer service and friendliness. Breakfast was delish and included. Highly recommend.
Location, size of room, breakfast, lovely place to stay
The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the station and close by a market. It was in a small street and nice and quiet.
The breakfast was very plain. Not a lot of choice.
Very nice hotel and polite staff. Our room was lovely (if small). Location was fantastic, near great restaurants and within walking distance to all major sights and galleries. Breakfast is self-service and very good. Unfortunateky, we only made it once out of three mornings as we were out early at galleries the other two. Would stay again.
Air-con not powerful enough for August in Italy.
Guava I was so helpful, he made the experience more pleasurable by connecting and directing us where we wanted to go. He was genuinely interested in our experience
Great location, close to train station and close to all the major sights.
- perfect location -large room with nice bathroom -good carparking facilities
-breakfast- not a lot off choice.
Customer Service Location Breakfast Family Friendly
The hotel was very quaint and offered a nice breakfast. We were within easy walking distance to most sights. The hotel offered valet parking.
We arrived in a rental car and it was a challenge to find a place to park and unload the car.
Good breakfast, reasonable sized shower, clean, very easy to find from the train station (great for travelers unfamiliar with the area)
Our particular room was L-shaped and the air-conditioner was on the other branch of the "L" from the bed. At night we had the air-conditioner on full blast and it was nice and cool by the door but not by our bed : ( But overall still a fine hotel to stay at.
Location is excellent , with good restaurants very close by, the market is a few steps from it, where you can buy leather items at a very good price; and you can start exploring the centre of town just by taking a stroll, everything is close by. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast.
Great breakfast. Short way to the hole city.
friendly staffs and good breakfast even provide a bigger and romantiv room when.knowing we are in honeymoon
but the elevator.is a bittle.old the stairs to the room really brought trouble to who carries big.luggages
Location was central and good for main attraction and the market.
Breakfast was awful, really unappetising.
Excellent location. funny, helpful and nice staff.
Air condition is not cool enough. Breakfast starting at 8 am is too late.
The location is IMPOSSIBLE to beat it's literally 3-4 mins walk from duomo, its sooo central nothing is far away. It's sooo clean brilliant attention to detail, lovely clean showers and authentic Italian design, the ceiling on my room had been painted like a fresco. The owners were so lovely and BREAKFAST was gorgeous, people were saying it basic but I think the variety is brilliant, various different types of pastries, coffee, different herbal teas, fruit juices, toast, cheese, different salami's, eggs, different spread etc It has a roof terrace where you can chill out and have a drink. I will definitely be coming back.
Staff was most helpful with recommendations and advance museum reservations and directions. Room was lovely and quiet. Parking arrangement was good - though we had to quickly gather our things so they could take the car. Breakfast was nice as well.
Not a thing!
The staff was exceptionally helpful. Great location, very nice accommodations.
If you want to sleep past 8:00 or do in the morning, I'd request specifically not to be put into room 401 as it's pretty noisy. All in all this is a great little hotel!
It was central and clean.
Florence altogether seemed very expensive for the accommodation, compared to other cities we stayed.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and central location near all the sites. I would highly recommend it.
The room was small and cramped. The air conditioning was ineffective and you had to keep the curtains drawn as the window faced another room over a very small court yard. The staff were pleasant and helpful
