This 4-star hotel is in an elegant 19th-century building. Offering a peaceful internal courtyard, it is less than a 5 minute walk from both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

The wifi do not work all our visited time.
Room is clean and location is excellent.
Hotel Concordia is a typical example of claims and photos on the internet not matching reality. Internet service was poor most of the times, occasionally it did not work at all. Hot water was not available on the two times that I tried to have a morning shower, though service was later restored. My 5th floor room had a stench. Breakfast was very poor. Overall, installations could use some repair and upgrade. I wonder who rated this a 3-star hotel?! Other guests had similar complaints at the time of our stay.
great location, shops, metro and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, tasty and variety of choices.
Bedroom was not at all as shown in pictures, very small and old however clean. The elevator was extremely small (enough space only for one person and small suitcase), but that was a minor problm, considering how old buildings in the center of Rome are.
Location Breakfast Cleanliness
Location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was small but sufficient for only spending time sleeping. However there were no facilities or space to relax apart from the bed.
The staff were very kind and quick to fix problems we encountered.
We had no hot water the first morning and the water that did come out of the faucet and shower was brown with rust. The heater in our room also broke after one night. The wifi was also incredibly slow and barely worked even though a router was right outside our door. I do not think I got what I paid for with this hotel - it is very overpriced for what it is. I was very disappointed.
Location, staff attitude
1) Wi-Fi was very slow 2) Strange persistent smell in the room, kind of treated wood, probably coming from the furniture 3) Hot water was available in the shower only if the sprinkler was kept low, as a result I could take a shower but not shampoo....
Poor wi-fi,small elevator,small bed.
The staff were very helpful. They sought us out to return an expensive item one of our party left in their room.
Very helpful staff.
A quiet place in the centre of the town.
The room was very small with no view.
Hotel was v.clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast/coffee good and staff in breakfast room very friendly and nice. Location v.good.
Room was disappointing -very basic and nothing like what was shown on Internet.
good locations, clean room, italian cappuccino at breakfast, near good restaurant and shopping
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area had a wonderful view. Great central location.
There was mold by the air conditioner in the room we stayed in.
This hotel is very central and most of the Rome attractions are within walking distance. Shops, eateries galore, Spanish steps etc just around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with lovely soft towels The staff were helpful. The room had a safe. The breakfast choice was good and the views from the terrace lovely.
There was nothing negative about this hotel
Great rooftop terrace for breakfast WiFi good Very central to most tourist attractions and Metro
Location, location, location! Convenient to everywhere. Quality breakfast and courteous staff. I plan on staying again when in Roma Bella.
That is was central to all things on the tourist map (double bus round the corner) the metro 2 mins away, close to upmarket shopping streets. Spanish steps and good restaurants.
Some form of music in the rooms would be good. Dark curtains to sleep longer when not used to the amount of daylight in Roma. Breakfast was quite sweet, more savoury on the menu. Room wasn't exactly what I saw online, but then which hotel ever is!
Good air conditioning and breakfast
As a traveller there wasn't any help with activities that I could do. Rome is full of options but I had to go seek these myself
Hotel was DIRTY! First room they gave us was tiny, dingy and the blinds were falling apart. Staff was just ok.
Location was fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful, wi fi was strong and easily accessible, view from balcony for breakfast was terrific
Value for money, but to be fair, it is a reflection of the cost of staying in the centre of Rome - would recommend it based on location alone!
Hotel could use a little TLC in the common areas. Room was comfortable, AC worked but was very loud. Needed to wear ear plugs at night.
Great roof deck for breakfast (served continental) and afternoon cocktail hour. Staff was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating. Close to all the great sites.
nice location, staff friendly and helpful awesome view from the top floor terrace while having breakfast!
