Good air conditioning and breakfast
As a traveller there wasn't any help with activities that I could do. Rome is full of options but I had to go seek these myself
Hotel was DIRTY! First room they gave us was tiny, dingy and the blinds were falling apart. Staff was just ok.
Location was fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful, wi fi was strong and easily accessible, view from balcony for breakfast was terrific
Value for money, but to be fair, it is a reflection of the cost of staying in the centre of Rome - would recommend it based on location alone!
Hotel could use a little TLC in the common areas. Room was comfortable, AC worked but was very loud. Needed to wear ear plugs at night.
Great roof deck for breakfast (served continental) and afternoon cocktail hour. Staff was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating. Close to all the great sites.
nice location, staff friendly and helpful awesome view from the top floor terrace while having breakfast!
Location, location, location. Evening male staff was very friendly and helpful...
The first room we were given was so tiny....terrible. And it smelled like smoke. The overall look of the hotel was very run down. Super tiny elevator...no parking!
Roof top breakfast was not available.
Location is excellent, walking distance from everywhere!
Rooms didn't match with the pictures online, they were poorly decorated, bed and pillow were hard, traffic noices came to the room in the evening and night-disturbed sleeping, average breakfest
Service and location excellent.
Price exorbitant even when booked through booking.com, breakfast adequate but could be improved.
The shower head was too high for hair washing without water getting all over. The light in the room was so dim we couldn't read. Please put table lamps on the night stands so if one wants to read in bed they can. It was so nice you have the lift, however, it is barely big enough for one person and suitcase. Don't me wrong, we were grateful for the lift. The decor needs to be updated. The bedspread was very old and used looking and not very inviting. The tv didn't work nor did the air conditioner. Was way over priced for the accommodation. We enjoyed going down for breakfast and marveled at how charming you have made a dungeon into a very appealing breakfast room. Cusps to you!!! Ramondetta and Unger We appreciate you changing the room so we could have a double instead of where you had us in the beginning. Our suitcases would not have fit.
No lights on night tables to read by. Shower head too high in tub. Not safe to stand in tub for fear of falling plus no handicap bars to hang onto for support.
Room was very small, mini bar inadequate, shower very small, no drawers to put clothes in and only 3 hangers. No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Bathroom was dirty and shelf over sink not fixed to wall properly. No bar area. Pictures on web site were misleading - looked much better than reality. Coffee at breakfast was cold and tasteless, only option for eggs was cold and hard boiled. No fresh juice and only pineapple (no orange), tinned fruit, toaster was pathetic and took too long. Very dis-appointed and over priced.
only the location and cleaniness of the hotel.
our room had a window facing a house, and i was able to touch the house by putting my hand out of the window. very dark, small room which only managed to have a tiny double bed - no space for anything else. shower didnt work when we arrived and the hotel bar ran out of eggs at 9.25 (while we were told breakfast is until 10.30). Breakfast was also very poor - no omplettes, scrampled or boiled eggs, served in tiny two rooms while the lady serving was also doing the dishes next room - all breakfasts were really noisy because of this. 170 euros we paid for night was very expensive for what we had.
No International TV channels. Price is little bit high for the size of the room
the double-bed was too small, even the standard double-bed and there was no possibility to change to two separate bed even in the booking confirmation it was offered. Either-or
This was our first stay in Concordia and we appreciated it very much. Staff friendly and very helpful, special thanks to Lorenzo for his great advises. A bit small room, but comfortable and clean. Location just SUPER! We would like to stay again in this hotel.
This was my second stay here and the staff are always more than helpful, the facilities clean and comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and the location fantastic.
The location was excellent and the stuff was helpful.
The room was claustrophobic and the bed was very small.
Mould in the bathroom ceiling, some tiles were rem
Strategic position to visit the northern part of Rome
The service is very essential
The photo and the hotel start rate is very misleading. Hotel very small breakfast not good
The location was excelent Breakfast was very good The stuff in the reception was very helpful in whatever we 've asked
Extremely small bedrooms We booked 2 double rooms for 2 couples. They gave us 1 double room and 1 that was smaller than double with smaller smaller bed as well
Location was superb. Staff friendly. Breakfast simple, but good. We would certainly go back.
Very small rooms, but I suppose that is reflected in the price. 1 morning we had a cold shower.
Bed very small and unconfortable. Worn out bedspread.
