Good, location, value for money, great, helpful personnel - Alma made our stay special, comfortable, clean room
The location is in a great neighborhood, with restaurants next door. There is a bus stop in the next corner to the centre and the Termini Station. Clean hotel, it was cleaned every day. Good value for money.
The beds should be a little larger. There is not wifi in the room.
very nice owner of the hotel, she fixed everything for us. Beatyful district, few shops are very close, pizza restaraunt next door.
All 3 receptionists we met almost don't speak english. We had number without hot water "because it is the last number on the floor, so there are always problems with water". We weren't talled that the door to the hotel can be closed in the evening an can be unlocked with the second key on the keyring.
The city district around the hotel; a nice local market with fruit and other local products. Fair pizzeria at the ground floor of the hotel. Anoter pizzeria run by Russians :) in just a few steps with wery good pizza. Good cafes around.
The room was definitely fit for only one person. The built-in floor air conditioner leaked, a towel was put under it to absorbe the water. However carpet on the floor was wet and therefore the whole room smelt wet and unfresh, of a rotten dirty carpet. No use of opening the window as it looked at the roof of some building that was used for utility purposes by the hotel and probably by the cafe on the ground floor of the hotel. Most staff didn't speak any other language but Italian and didn't bother to explain that to get connected to Wi-Fi you must first log in and catch Wi-Fi at the reception close to the router, and then you will be able to get upstairs to your room and use the internet. So of 3 nights we were only able to use internet 1 night when we finally met an English-speaking maid. The reception is closed from 23.00 to 08.00 (maybe they even lock the entrance door, we didn't check).
The personnel were very friendly, and the room was really cool
the internet didn't work in the room :(
very good location, easy access to St. Agnes Tube station and direct bus to termini very clean calm area Food market on the same road! Very friendly staff
Wifi did not reach the room on the first floor but our phones could be connected up to 50 meters away from the hotel when we were in the street. (router location could be better ) everything else is just perfect!
The location is in a great neighborhood, with nice caffes and restaurants next door, there's buses to the centre and Termini, close to Villa Borghese and Villa Ada... Clean hotel, it was cleaned every day, comfortable beds, air-condition. It's great value for money, specially for Rome's standards.
The wi-fi reception in our room was poor. A bit noisy from the outside, but if you close the windows you don't hear a thing.
Great location, very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The room had everything we needed.
Nice stuff, clean rooms. Good value for money!!! Pizzeria right next door to the hotel is quite good.
Rather far from the center, but taking into account the price, it's not a big deal
The room was clean, the staff was excellent! The bed was very good and comfortable! Greetings from Hungary! We'll back! ;)
Friendly staff, nice and clean room, good public transport day and night, a beautiful district, cafe, restaurant, market in the street.
I did like the friendly and helpful staff, the fact that the hotel is located close to the bus stops - it's really easy to get to the city center (around 15-20 minutes by bus to the Colosseum).
It's a pity the room was pretty dark - an extra lamp would improve the lightening.
The area is nice, there are some cool eat-out places nearby.
Lack of communication, the personnel didn't speak English! There was nobody at the reception at night and I couldn't get into the hotel! This is not a 3-star standard..
This property is in gem and deserves 10 out of 10. Scrupulously clean on par with a five star. I would definitely stay at Coppede again. Some others on bookings however, I would refrain. Carrying bags, calling a cab or seeking directions, all helpfulness was happily provided. Mille grazie Alma and Jean Luca ...
Absolutely nothing negative about this property and the staff.
