Featuring a pretty roof terrace, a large breakfast buffet and air-conditioned rooms, the Novecento is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum in a quiet residential area, 325 ft from Manzoni Metro...

Just over a quarter mile from the Colosseum, Best Western Plus Hotel Milton is by Rome's Basilica of St. John in Lateran. All rooms offer satellite TV channels, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 564 reviews Very good
EXE Domus Aurea is next to ancient Roman ruins and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. A generous American buffet is served daily on the roof terrace overlooking the Terme di Diocleziano.
Score from 717 reviews Very good
Only 320 yards from Roma Termini Train Station, Hotel Marcantonio is on the 5th floor of a 19th-century building. Rooms have an LCD TV, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout.
Score from 257 reviews Good
The value for money The rooftop breakfast room The convenience of the metro nearby Proximity to Termini station Quiet area Rich breakfast for price Not far from main sights
Night staff doesn't speak English, so if there might be a problem
We had read all previous comments about Corallo and we were ready for everything. The hotel was close to Termini that is very good, next to two pizzerias and a bar. We were at the 6th floor so we had no noise but I think that even in the lower floors it is quite. Ok, the elevator is narrow and small but.. come on..you didnt book at Hilton! All personnel were friendly and I believe they really like to hear an italian word from you. They all speak english less or more. If you are a positive personality , you will even find the breakfast room up in the 7th floor as a funny situation. During the winter the space is limited but in the summer there is a nice balcony. Last but not least, every single day we had fresh new towels and the bed fixed (always important for women)
A small variety of fruits in the breakfast is needed.
The room was good and clean. Staff very kind!!
I didn't like that the breakfast was until 10 am and from 9 am the half breakfast had finished!! The bed was not double but two single beds side by side and i was sleeping in the gap. Also no window in the main road!!!
Friendly service, clean rooms, excellent security, quite location near Termini, nice breakfast area. Good WiFi.
No cereal for breakfast.
Near Termini, nice staff. Confortable rooms and simple breakfast. Wifi
Little noisy from the bar downstairs
location close to metro.
No ventilation. AC not at all good. limited breakfast + and very poor. no one speaks English.
Clean, rich breakfast, good location, wi-fi in the room.
Bed sheets were not changed
we loved the breakfast, which included delicious croissants , pate and aromatic cappuccino.
IT'S CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION
LIFT IS TOO SMALL AND ROOM IS SMALL TOO. STAFF NOT VERY FRIENDLY
Clean, location, value for price. It was everything we saw on the internet site for this budget hotel and more. We came back each day to a refreshed room, new towels and bathroom amenities. After 12 hours walking and taking in Rome we returned to the hot showers, clean surroundings, internet & email access and on to planning map routes for the next day. Started the morning sitting above the rooftops in the cozy café for a continental breakfast and then out again until late evening. For those on a watchful expense account this hotel has all the basics that you can ask for. The window opened for fresh air and although there was no view this didn't bother us because we were out in Rome all the time (rm 318). Stayed for 6 nights. Would definitely go there again.
The plus far out way the minus. Sometimes the internet was just a little bit weak in our room however the café link was great, the breakfast was a typical continental sweet menu and monotonous but the orange juice and various hot drinks were plentiful, the T.V had only local stations but we our interest was geared to Rome outside. We have no complaints as the plus far out way the minus.
Location was good if you are travelling by train or bus in Rome. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was good size, clean and comfortable. Local restaurants nearby. Open patio on the roof for breakfast which overlooked that area of Rome
Nothing to report.
For the money you pay, this hotel is good. Rooms small but comfortable, breakfast really good, location and area great. Would stay there again.
Convenient for transportation and dinning.
Very small bathroom. Street noise was sometimes an issue.
Very clean rooms, good wifi, nice breakfast terrace
It is a budget hotel, so rooms and toilets are small. Typical Italian breakfast (sweets, sweets, sweets...)
Friendly helpful owners. The location is OK, near the metro and Terminus station, but a long walk from the sites, though that is to be expected given the price.
No Aircon remote, charged an extra 5euro "tax" on check in, staff were abrupt and the room was rubbish. No Value for money whatsoever
Balcony, breakfast at roof
A bit noisy
Perfect location Air-conditioned room, small balcony. Clean
- Old. Took 15 minutes to use outdated key card. Elevator is slow and hardly moving. - Shower cabin too small for big man. Same problem with toilet - not possible to sit. - Breakfast could be better.
Great location for restaurants. Roof top terrace breakfast room kind of a nice idea, although breakfast was basically cold pastries, yogurt, coffee.
Old and funky; we don't usually like the inward facing rooms, which tend to be gloomy in most small inns like this.
The owner has a short fuse
Perfect location, very close to the Railway station! Good breakfast on the terrace, Wi-Fi in the room.
A little bit noisy in the night, because of the bar and restaurant, situated near the hotel's door:)
Nothing to say..
All was worth..
Location is very comfortable. There are near many restaurants ,2 supermarket.Hotel is the same building with a bar(a nice bar) but you can sleep well room is quiet. It also is near to the termini and castro pretorio (metro station). The room is big and clean. Breakfast is simple but ok. Towels are changed every day.
no fridge in the room , window view at lightwall, better not open the window ,Staff at night shift is impolite. And breakfast finish at 10. If you come at 10:01 the coffee machine is closed. Be careful taxes are not included in the price. sheets are changed every 5 days. if you ask , they will change them earlier
Nice staff. Good location. Good price.
