Outstanding hotel. Impecable rooms, well decorated and equipped, spotless and very comfortable. Very helpful staff. City information supplied by concerge is the best we have received anywhere. It is a beautiful place which deserves a fifth star.

Very central location, nice design, hotel provides a car-pass to the Limited Acces Zone in the city centre, fruits for the breakfast. too long corridors, not major problem but - expected more "classy" hotel from the photos and description

The location is well situated in the important part of the city, you have easy acsses to all important sights, shops and restuarants. Staff are very helpful and willing to please. The room (deluxe) is comfortable, spacious and airy. Beauitiful atrium where you can have an aperetivo in a serene atmospehere. My only recomnendation is to improve the choice of fruit for breakfast, but still was very pleased.

The Hotel was excellent! We were upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge. Very well located in order to visit Bologna! The Hotel can also provide you with bikes for free. I strongly recommend this Hotel, we had a wonderful stay. The wi-fi didn't work in our room (208) and the breakfast could have been better and more quickly filled with missing elements.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Bologna within good walking distance of many wonderful sights and restaurants.... a little difficult to get to if you are driving as you must drive down some pedestrian ways. I wasn't up in time for breakfast and yet they held it for me.... very kind accommodating staff.

Excellent hotel in an old palace, with great service and location. Worth the stay. I booked a twin room and it had 2 twin beds together. Room was small to have beds separated.

The location is magnificent, right in the city center and walking distance to everything. Staff were very helpful and my puppy was welcome in every way :) They had a small cocktail bar, but they don`t make cocktail`S.. Just a few drinks are offered.

The hotel is superbly situated in the city center, close to all attractions, shops, restaurants, tratorry. To the railway station and the station on foot avtoobusnoy 15 minutes or 5 minutes by taxi. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Works wi-fi.

The staff are incredibly helpful and informative. The location is absolutely perfect - you could not hope for a better placed hotel in terms of being able to walk to wonderful Piazzas and great restaurants. We stayed in a suite and it was superb. Breakfast is pretty good but they don't replenish it would seem....so it's pretty much first come first served.

Very well located and good breakfast. Really nice concierge, very helpful. Wouldn't categorize it as a 4 star hotel. The room was spacious, but the taking a shower would transform the bathroom into a swimming pool and the modern touches in the bedroom were missing, as well as some character. The reception staff was always too busy to look after us and when available, very cold. I would not come back again.

I appreciated the kind and attentive service, an attitude that "this is your home". The hotel foyer was a good place to sit, the access to wi-fi in my room was excellent. Just around the corner to all the historical attractions of Bologna and good restaurants.
