Great friendly staff that help you navigate Naples. Conveniently located to the Duomo and other historic sites. Free Internet. Large rooms. Air conditioner did not properly cool down the room. It was a little hot inside the roome but not unbearably so. |

Location and security were excellent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. No shower curtain over the bath. |

Sa situation idéale pour visiter le centre historique de Naples, son calme dans une ville bruyante. Les petits déjeuners très chiches. (Plus de café ou de pain pour les derniers arrivés) |

La disponibilite du personnel et sa gentillesse. Le concierge 24h sur 24. le petit déjeuner a discrétion avec produits frais : viennoiseries, yaourts, jus de fruit ..... D'aprés les commentaires d'anciens clients nous pensions avoir du personnel parlant au moins un peu francais. J'ai dû me débrouiller avec mon peu d'anglais scolaire.la situation a été difficile par moments mais avec notre sourire et celui du personnel nous sommes arrivés à nous comprendre. |

Petit-déjeuner varié, personnel très aimable et toujours prêt à aider, l'originalité du lieu et les couleurs des chambres et des espaces communs. Pas d'insonorisation entre les chambres mitoyennes à cause d'une porte en commun, ce qui est très gênant. |

Gemütliches kleines Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern und gemütlichem Ambiente in der Innenstadt von Neapel. Guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Touren. Hauptbahnhof und Hafen sind jeweils in ca. 30 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Haartrockner im Bad wäre schön gewesen. |
