Score from 84 reviews Excellent
Easy to find compared to many other small hotels, Naples is dodgy looking at first but you soon feel safe in the always busy streets. Great location next to metro station. Good aircon, good wifi, great low price.
The area is spot on, rooms are great, comfy bed, very very clean. Breakfast very good , staff very happy helpful. Our room had stairs up to the bathroom, i don't know if all rooms had that, if stairs are a problem let them know. We felt very safe and secure, and we felt we were in the best area for seeing and experiencing Naples. What a fantastico place
The breakfast was poor, especially the coffee.
Clean, fresh, friendly and close to the old city centre.
Breakfast was a bit poor, but is was included and we arrived 15 min before it ended so....
Near by the piazza bellini a very safe place to stay if you go outside for night life. The hotel personnel is always ready to help you with everything you need. Good value for money. Napoli is beautiful the hotel is perfect.
Location was convinient for my short stay: there's a metro station nearby and you can actually walk to an Archeological Museum and Castle Nuovo.
The street that my window was facing is freakishly loud at night. People shout, sing and ride scooters EVERY night until 2 am. On the second night I bought earplugs at the local pharmacy and it solved this particular problem. Also there is a smell of plastic in the room. You can't really open a balcony door without people on the street seeing everything that goes on in your room. Also it's not a very nice neirbourhood so opening a balcony door when you are away doesn't seem like a good idea at all. Room service moves your stuff around a lot. Some may not care about this, but I don't like when someone messes with my slippers :)
everything (style, staff, breakfast, the terrace, location in walking distance to Piazza Bellini) except the smell of linoleum
the noise of the local neighbors upto 2am
Naples itself was a complete waste of time, but even so, this hotel is a bit strange. Art work in the lobby is too risque for my American taste esp since we had 10 and 12yo boys with us. The staff allowed us to change rooms because the first room's AC was awful. Finding the hotel is tough given its location in an alley off the main street. Tip: the alley is one way. Park your car first (30 m before the hotel) and then walk your belongings down to the hotel. Breakfast was croissants and pastries. The terrace area was lovely even during the warm day. Walking distance to the Archaeological Museum which seemed the only attraction worth visiting before we caught the ferry to Sicily.
See other section. Stay outside of Naples where it is more scenic and pleasant, and only come into the city when it is time to present to the port for your boat.
A really well designed hotel with different decor throughout the hotel. It has it own ancient aqueduct! Location close to metro Dante and centre. Would definitely stay there again.
All is ok
A choice of food at breakfast is poor.
Staff is helpfull and friendly. Good location. A B&B with character.
The bed cover is not clean enough.
The hotel is cute, modern decor, run by young people, breakfast is good, place is clean - good value for the money. Also located centrally, within easy distance from many points of interest and close to the bus station for the port in case you're interested in taking the boat to get to the islands, Sorrento, etc.
Very noisy street, at least the side of the building I was on. Used ear plugs. Did not like the train station pick up fee (25 euros) when the actual price is 9 euros which I paid when leaving by regular taxi.
Nice large room; very clean (although they could use a bit less room fragrance); convenient location near the historic centre; the guy at check-in was really helpful with tips about the city and restaurants. Tip: be careful with Neapolitan taxi drivers - the fare from the station shouldn't be more than 10 Euros
My room was a little noisy near the breakfast/common room; the breakfast wasn't great and coffee was from a machine.
The staff were very friendly, wacky decor but very comfortable. The terrace was an added bonus. The hotel seems to be in the centre of things. Enjoyed our stay a lot
The machine coffee at breakfast was awful but if you asked for espresso that was fine the rest of the breakfast was ok. The street outside is typically Neopolitan very busy and narrow but you get used to scooters coming from both directions
Excellent value for money. Very querky rooms- make sure you ask to go in the underground tunnels
Great location, about a half block from the main street - very close to the old section, very close to the archaeological museum, and easy to walk to the spanish quarter. Good breakfast with protein options, fresh fruit, expresso and good bread. Beautiful little roof top patio to eat breakfast on or take a break during the day. Room had minibar stocked with water, beer, soda. Friendly staff, especially the guy who's there during the day, super nice guy. They've arranged a really good rate to taxi to the airport or train station. Take advantage of it. They'll call you the cab and the rate is fixed through this arrangement.
We forgot a pair of pants that were drying in the bathroom, called a few days later to try to retrieve it, no luck. No fresh air in our room, which was only a problem when trying to do some hand laundry and get stuff to dry, no dryer available in hotel (other than hair dryer in room).
The staff was helpfull and friendly, the room was spacious , quiet, well designed and clean. the location is conviniet. We are satisfyed with everything.
The hotel is in a typical Neapolitan street in the old town complete with graffiti and rubbish yet inside the entrance it is a clean and modern oasis of calm . Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and approachable.Grazie Francesco for your 10 minute explanation of where to go in your city.Very convenient for the Centro Storico.
The room was large and bright but perhaps a little clinical, ours had a skylight and high windows that you could not see out of because of the height.
Trop bruyant à cause du petit déjeuner
Location to city centre
Breakfast was not good,
The staff were very efficient, well prepared and friendly. The hotel made excellent use of space with a vibrant design. Breakfast was great. Good location right next to a metro made travel very simple. Always felt safe.
The street noise from outside of our room (108) was not completely blocked out despite double glazing as the window could not be fully closed but otherwise we slept well.
Staff were fantastic and always happy to help. Nice big rooms and a really comfy bed.
There is no carpet so the noise echos through the hotel quite badly. Also a sign to show you where to ring the bell to get into the gate would be helpful as its a bit confusing, especially at night when you first arrive.
Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice and a great location.Rooms were clean, spacious, with a large comfortable bed.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good security. Cleanliness of room and lobby.
