Clean and comfortable, with an interesting and slightly quirky decor. Good breakfast, and excellent location, close to the historical centre and archaeological museum. A lot easier to find than other posters have indicated - there's a very big sign over the door, and its not very far off the Via Toledo. There's no sign on the street, so get a good map (the one in the Timeout guide to Naples was a lot better than Google maps). |

Great friendly staff that help you navigate Naples. Conveniently located to the Duomo and other historic sites. Free Internet. Large rooms. Air conditioner did not properly cool down the room. It was a little hot inside the roome but not unbearably so. |

sehr sauber, Betten sehr gut, Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Lage direkt an der Altstadt, vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen: ca. 10 Minuten mit Aerobus bis Piazza Garibaldi, von dort mit Metro 2 bis Museo, dort mit Metro 1 bis Dante (jeweils nur 1 Station), von dort 2 Minuten Fußweg. |

La amabilidad del personal y su céntrica ubicación. La parada de metro dante queda a pocos metros del hotel. El desayuno es algo escaso, sin fruta y con poca variedad. |

La disponibilite du personnel et sa gentillesse. Le concierge 24h sur 24. le petit déjeuner a discrétion avec produits frais : viennoiseries, yaourts, jus de fruit ..... D'aprés les commentaires d'anciens clients nous pensions avoir du personnel parlant au moins un peu francais. J'ai dû me débrouiller avec mon peu d'anglais scolaire.la situation a été difficile par moments mais avec notre sourire et celui du personnel nous sommes arrivés à nous comprendre. |

Petit-déjeuner varié, personnel très aimable et toujours prêt à aider, l'originalité du lieu et les couleurs des chambres et des espaces communs. Pas d'insonorisation entre les chambres mitoyennes à cause d'une porte en commun, ce qui est très gênant. |
