Great central location. Could walk everywhere. Good size rooms Don't be put off by the entrance gates and rather industrial lift. Basic but adequate breakfast. |

The location was excellent, when we opened the window we just looked right at the duomo! Easy to reach from the busstation too. The staff doesn't speak english. But clean, nice hotel/ The staff doesn't speak english. |

It is very well located. Most of the sights are within walking distance. Good restaurants, markets and shops are closeby. The hotel has an elevator. Easily accessible from the airport and train station. The mattresses could have been better. |

Theis hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area of Florence In full view of the Duomo. All of the major "must sees" are within easy walking distance and the railway /bus station is about a ten minute walk away The cleanliness is exceptional bed linen was changed daily. The only drawback about our room was the lack of a view We were overlooking some kind of a vehicle storage yard |

Central location to all places. Very easy to walk around with little kids and then come back and go any time. Washroom in my room was very clean. Room size was ok considering 2 start hotel. Staff was very nice. |

Very central; good location. Internet access. Towels changed every day. Pleasant staff. No lounge or easy chairs in the room. Although our booking was confirmed in January when we arrived in October, rooms had not been reserved for us. However this was rectified and we were given rooms for our stay. Although it was advertised as being appropriate for the disabled, the access was not wonderful, with steps at the entrance whereas a ramp could very easily have been fitted. |

Location,location.and location- very near to the Duomo, value for money, adequate breakfast-(slow on the coffee if dining room full) -sufficient choice of cheese, bread rolls, juices,yoghurt jams and honey I had single room looking onto the inner well, room was very dark,not well lit, but it was quiet.Please get some new pillows, and look to maintenance of rooms-cracked bed side light- and hair-dryer broken. |

Es un hotel muy sencillo pero muy cómodo puesto que se encuentra junto al Duomo, el desayuno es básico pero correcto, el baño es antiguo pero más limpio que mucho de hoteles de 4 estrellas, la habitación es muy grande y tiene tvv, recomiendo 100% el hotel tanto por situación como por atención. El baño es antiguo, pero muy limpio |

La ubicacion a metros del duomo, 3 cuadras de la Estacion de trenes, tenia internet en el Lobby. Habitcion comoda, igual que el baño. Sencillo, baño sin cortina o mampara, se mojaba un poco al bañarse. Ruidoso por que habia chicos jugando en los pasillos. |

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen mit Blick auf die Domfassade und den Campanile. Man wird mit Glockenläuten geweckt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend - in Lucca hatten wir da anderes erlebt. Die Duschkabine ist leider am Boden undicht gewesen, sodaß man schnell das gesamte Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hatte. Außerdem gab es am Fensterrahmen etwas Schimmel. Leider dauerte es immer etwas, bis man beim Frühstück seinen Tee oder Kaffee bkam. |
