Excellent location, nice small hotel for those who not need many services. And all you need you can find closely on the street with better services than in any five star hotel.This hotel is for who want to enjoy Florence itself, not the hotel and it's services.

Location next to the Doumo was great 1. Location next to the Doumo meant hearing church bells at all hours 2. Bed was uncomfortable 3. Bathroom was tragic, no shower recess OR bath tub 4. Water was cold

The location was superb! Half a block from Duomo, 10 minute walk to Ufffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio Bed was comfortable. We didn't like our first room, but the hotel willingly changed us to another one, which was a really nice bright room. There was free computer and internet available for guests. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional,

The hotel has an excellent location next to the Duomo. Moreover, my room was spacious, clean and quiet and had a large bathroom. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and welcoming.

The location was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The toilet in our room kept running and making noises, but if we shut the bathroom door we couldn't hear it.

La ubicacion. Excelente. Nosotros ibamos en coche y vino un señor para aparcarlo en un parking y nos lo devolvio, incluso nos llevo fuera del centro, pagando eso si 27 euros. Excelente. El desayuno algo escaso. pero bien.

расположение супер! от вокзала дошли за 10 мин, недорогой ( номер за 2 чел-85 евро) и чистый отель! на ресепшене отец семейства с милыми детьми, пожаловались на номер- показался маловат-поменял на 2 день,не было свободных,)) немного душновато,на вопрос кондиционера,сказали что включают только в июне, открывали окна,но залетали комары и с утра были покусаны)

Ubicacion excelente, todo cerca, muy buena calidad-precio-ubicacion, habitacion muy espaciosa Estuvimos en invierno y la calefaciion es practicamente nula, la prenden solo de noche y en la madrugada se apaga, por lo demas muy bien

La situation Géographique L'accueil, désagréable. Le déjeuner ( 2 pains de 3 jours au moin et 2 biscottes). Des jouets des livres etc sur les tables pour manger. Une dispute du patron avec sa femme vers 23h00. NE RECOMMANDE A ABSOLUMENT PERSONNE

il proprietario e' stato molto disponibile e attento a noi e alla nostra bimba di nove mesi. la posizione e' eccellente e strategica: affianco al duomo. l'ascensore, anche se stretto, e' comodissimo per bagagli e passeggino. il prezzo e' vantaggioso e la camera, anche se semplice, e' ampia e comoda. l'ascensore e' un po' stretto, giusto giusto per il passeggino. la colazione non e' molto abbondante ne' variegata.
