Convenient location. Breakfast was included. Overall, clean. AC cannot be turned on until evening. The internet does not work in the rooms and they charge for it. The internet is very, very slow. The staff do not help with any suggestions or recommendations.

The owner/manager and his wife at first seemed less than welcoming, but in time (especially when they found our we were Australian) became much more pleasant and friendly. I loved the bathroom attached to our room. It was very large, by Italian standards, and actually had a window one could open. The room itself was quite small, but bed linen was clean and sweet smelling (as were the towels). Because of its position, very close to the Duomo, this is a noisy street. The hotel certainly isn't flash (although the accommodation is good value for money, for Florence).

Everything!! This is a fabulous place to stay. Alesandro, the owner is a gentle, helpful, informed person. The rooms were clean and quiet even though we were in the perfect location, half block from the camponile and duomo. We could hear the bells constantly, a delight, but none of the city noise or crowds. Many good places to eat and drink close by. Easy walking to David, the Uffizi, Ponte Vechio etc. The breakfast was excellent with coffee, juice, croissants, cereal. This is an old building and the hotel is on the second floor with a small lift fit for one or two people with luggage, which didn't bother us at all. There is a computer-internet available in the lobby for a small fee. It was wonderful in every way.

Friendly staff, great location, good simple breakfasts, very comfortable room. It met all our wants and needs. Just couldn.t get our wifi to work but were then able to use the hotel.s computer.

The location was perfect , right next to santa Maria square which is a lively place at night and considered city centre . It was a basic hotel, run by a family, and was very cheap . We had booked a quadruple room which was very small, bathroom was extremely tiny.Breakfast was poor.b Nothing special , it was a basic hotel which met our tight budget.

Location next to the Duomo and city center made it the perfect base for experiencing Florence. The coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine in the breakfast lounge area was in itself a mechanical work of art. We needed to plan our activities to end upon entry to our room air conditioning times of operation at 10:00 pm. After a full days activity it would really be necessary to have cool air at room entry.

Perfect location is the only good point. Cleanliness of the rooms is very hit & miss....we had 3 rooms.....2 Had a change of clean towels and bed linen while the other only had a change of bed linen. To shower was also a lottery...... If you were lucky the water was luke warm or cold. The main complaint of our group was the very Meagre breakfast.......only one cereal.....rolls (not fresh) croissants (not fresh) jam & honey, yogurt,orange juice (not fresh). The tea/coffee machine left a lot to be desired or maybe just a good clean ! The tables were not cleared and guests had to remove dirty breakfast dishes from a previous guest to enable themselves to have their breakfast. The staff (I use the term loosely) are very sombre ...not very welcoming and at times we felt that we were an intrusion in their lives and not Paying Customers. In fact we named the guy who appeared to be in charge Guissepe Fawlty - Basil's Italian Cousin .(Behind his back of course !)

Great location! Opposite the Duomo - fantastic! 5 minutes walk to Uffizi and 10 minutes walk to train station - TV sets did not work (Manager apologised for 'old TVS) - but they shouldnt list them if they dont work.! Poor selection for breakfast - and charged extra for second cup of tea/coffee etc!

Расположение. в 2 минутах ходьбы от Дуомо, самый центр города. минус расположения: отель находится на шумной торговой улице, куча народу и одни магазины. очень утомляет. персонал: говорит исключительно по итальянски, иногда на ломаном английском. помимо этого они там же и живут, готовят обед и ужин, которая пахнет на весь отель, дети носятся по коридорам и кричат до 12 ночи. слышимость как будто они бегают в номере. номер маленький. дверь в ванную сделана из пластика, как балконная. отопление централизированное. как и везде в Италии, соответственно, его не особо включали и в номере было холодно, из окон дуло. номер грязный, минимум мебели и та старая. полотенца грязные, находиться в номере было не приятно. с трудом выдержали там 3 ночи. завтрак обычный континентальный и тоже не вкусный, черствые булки и разбавленный сок. за 60 евро за ночь можно найти отель гораааздо приятнее.

酒店鄰近景點‧ 酒店職員服務態度差勁，傲慢。雖然有免費wifi設備，但每次都要到櫃台領取蜜碼，每次限時兩小時及只有一- 人使用，極之不方便。礦泉水要主動提出才提供，因近大教堂，所以比較嘈‧被鋪只是一張牀單‧

расположение! простой, но очень милый номер. на потолке в нашем номере была какая-то старинная роспись:-) моя мама охарактеризовала этот отель как "ночь в музее":-)))))))) никаких серьезных недостатков не замечено:-)

La posizione ottima per il resto pessimo! Non è un vero albergo..il servizio notturno scadente..e ci hanno rimproverato che dovevamo tornare in albergo a un certo orario, se non ci stava bene il giorno dopo ci faceva il check out!di giorno suonavamo il campanello e dopo 10 min ci aprivano I figli di 8/6 anni in pigiama!Una cosa mai vista!Pessimo!

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, a pochi metri dal Duomo e da Piazza della Signoria, in zona pedonale, ottimo per visitare la città. E' all'interno di un antico palazzo del '200, la nostra camera aveva il soffitto affrescato. Si può migliorare il servizio colazione, alquanto scarno specialmente per chi non gradisce alimenti dolci. Il personale, seppur disponibile, è piuttosto freddo.

La posizione dell'hotel ed il rapporto prezzo/posizione La colazione abbastanza scarsa e soprattutto le brioches vecchie di qualche giorno; la domenica qualcuno si è dovuto accontentare di ciò che era rimasto. La gentilezza dello staff non è delle migliori. A parte questi piccoli nei, l'esperienza è stata positiva.
