酒店職員服務態度差勁，傲慢。雖然有免費wifi設備，但每次都要到櫃台領取蜜碼，每次限時兩小時及只有一- 人使用，極之不方便。礦泉水要主動提出才提供，因近大教堂，所以比較嘈‧被鋪只是一張牀單‧

The location was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The toilet in our room kept running and making noises, but if we shut the bathroom door we couldn't hear it.

Friendly staff, great location, good simple breakfasts, very comfortable room. It met all our wants and needs.

Just couldn.t get our wifi to work but were then able to use the hotel.s computer.

Location next to the Duomo and city center made it the perfect base for experiencing Florence. The coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine in the breakfast lounge area was in itself a mechanical work of art.

We needed to plan our activities to end upon entry to our room air conditioning times of operation at 10:00 pm. After a full days activity it would really be necessary to have cool air at room entry.

A parte la posizione e l'ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, la gestione familiare dell'hotel Costantini rende ancor più confortevole il soggiorno. Da consigliare sicuramente.

La verdad muy buena la ubicacion. Salis del hotel y tenes todo a tu alcance. La habitacion es calidad y el baño es bastante amplio. Solo la entrada es muy antigua pero es lo de menos

Ottima pulizia. Posizione centralissima, sito nella via principale di Firenze a soli 10 mt dalla Piazza principale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Queste sono le tre componenti importanti per chi deve visitare una città e vuole un punto dove dormire.

Aspetti negativi non ce ne sono, almeno per chi non è molto esigente. Forse l'unico handicap è una colazione un pò "povera" ma chi è abituato con latte e caffè, con qualche biscotto e briosche ....và più che bene.

Il motivo principale per cui scegliere l'albergo è sicuramente l'ottima posizione: si trova a due passi dal Duomo di Firenze, nella via principale della città. L'albergo ha un arredo spartano, ma è ben tenuto e perfettamente pulito. Le camere sono ben riscaldate e la mattina vengono risistemate e pulite. Il personale non è particolarmente espansivo ma molto cortese e disponibile. E' perfetto per quelle persone che utilizzano l'albergo come punto d'appoggio. Se siete fortunati alloggerete in una camera con il tetto affrescato con un dipinto del '700.

Manca un distributore di bevande e snack all'interno della struttura. Il collegamento wi-fi è limitato alle zone comuni risultando assente nelle camere più lontane ed è a pagamento.

минус расположения: отель находится на шумной торговой улице, куча народу и одни магазины. очень утомляет. персонал: говорит исключительно по итальянски, иногда на ломаном английском. помимо этого они там же и живут, готовят обед и ужин, которая пахнет на весь отель, дети носятся по коридорам и кричат до 12 ночи. слышимость как будто они бегают в номере. номер маленький. дверь в ванную сделана из пластика, как балконная. отопление централизированное. как и везде в Италии, соответственно, его не особо включали и в номере было холодно, из окон дуло. номер грязный, минимум мебели и та старая. полотенца грязные, находиться в номере было не приятно. с трудом выдержали там 3 ночи. завтрак обычный континентальный и тоже не вкусный, черствые булки и разбавленный сок. за 60 евро за ночь можно найти отель гораааздо приятнее.
