The parking was secure. The room was a good size for 2 people for one night and was very clean. It is in a convenient location. You can walk to the train station and get to Venice very easily. |

Although the hotel is located in Mestre (outside of Venice), the transportation from it to the city is very easy. There's a bus stop (line 2) one minute away and the train station is 5 minutes away. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The room and the rest of the hotel were beautiful, new and clean. There is one internet point that costs around 2.5 euro per half an hour. The hotel has a private parking (locked behind a gate and hidden from the main street). |

This hotel was very convienient to the bus/train out to Venice, has a secured parking lot, comfortable and clean. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was included in the price and it was basic Italian fair (bread, crossiants, yogurt, meat and cheese, and coffee). We would stay there again. |

Room size was enough for you to move freely , the room was clean , and efficient breakfast, location on a quite street was ok the zone near the park could give some people an uneasy feeling at night. |

There is parking in the hotel for free. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is new. The bus stop to go to Venice is very close to the hotel and it comes very often. The neightbourhood is a bit depressing and its hard to find a clean, nice place to eat. The breakfeast is poor. |

The position, Cleanliness,Value for money. Staff were very helpful particularly the lady in charge of Breakfast. Not the Hotel but Mestre - the nearby Park and the road when walking to mestre is full of Non Italian loiterers. One gets an insecure feeling.This is our third visit and the town of Mestre is sadly changing for the worse. |

hotel has a great location. You can easelly get to Venice. Hotel is very clean, small and modern. We had rich and delisious breakfast. The beds are comfortable. The room is big and beautiful. Hotel staff doesn`t speak english very well. |

Hotel was very clean :) For that price you cant find better place to travel to Venice! Very close to train station. 10 minutes from Venice :D Location of hotel is rather in por part of Mestre a lot "strange" ppl in area. But they are very good secured and car is on special parking place. |

free parking, quiet street. good for one day if you like to see Venezia in the morning. we arrived to the hotel at night and we did'nt leave the hotel beacuase the neighberhood seems risky at night. nothing to do near the hotel. only to sleep. |

very clean rooms, parking available for free (very save), quiet rooms, very friendly and motivated staff. breakfast more/better than expected. all in all one of the best places at (very) fair price - ideal for your trip to venice (1euro for the 10min bus ride - busstop 2min. from the hotel.) although Mestre is not what you would expect from italy or venice - this hotel is very good, clean...etc...and a very good alternative to the overpriced hotels in venice itself. walking back from the bus station at night - as the city of mestre can be a bit scary. no problem if not alone, though. this problem is not a hotel problem, but of mestre itself - so there is no way escaping wherever you stay in mestre. |

The Hotel was situated perfectly in order to get the transport to Venice. Everything was clean and quiet. It was not very cheap, but having in mind it is in Mestre, and it was high season, I think it was a good offer for the money - 170 eur for 2 days. |
