Hotel Croce Di Malta  

Location is excellent, v v near city centre. Pretty area of town. Lots or nearby bars and restaurants. Good selection of shoe shops nearby. Staff also excellent.Our room was quite austere, but this is part of the charm of a former convent.

Fire alarm went off repeatedly in middle of night on 2 separate nights - electrical fault but still a massive nuisance. Odd to have a double bed that is actually 3 beds pushed together - but I understand this is a cultural thing here.

The bar on the hotel roof was closed. Heating is not available in the room unless you ask for it at the reception

Pleasant staff. Great location. Awesome rooftop bar with phenomenal view of the city and the Duomo.

I liked everything about it. No complaints.

Good hotel, good value and a great location - walking distance from all the sights. Having a pool was great, providing a quiet relaxing area sheltered from the noise of the city. Only thing needed is a bit of redecoration.

the 2 prong plug didnt work in this hotel - make sure you have a 3 prong plug couldnt charge anything during my stay

Ideal location for business and tourism in Florence. The room was spacious (booked a single but moved to a larger room at no extra cost), clean and quiet. Reception was friendly and eager to assist.

Breakfast was poor in both quality and variety. Bathroom was small (probably expected considering the age of the building), but very clean. Free internet access would have been most welcome.

Die Lage neben Piazza Santa Maria Novelle ist gut. Hatte ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Sicht über die Dächer von Florenz, einmalig!

Ottima posizione,accanto alla chiesa di Santa Maria Novella e a 5 minuti a piedi dal duomo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile,colazione abbondante.La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita.

Mancava il bidet in bagno...per essere un 4 stelle!!!

テルミナ駅からは多少離れているので、大きなスーツケースを石畳の上をゴロゴロ転がしていくのは不便です。- タクシーを使うほどの距離でもないと思いますし。 ただ、ホテル自体はかなり快適でした。 日本のビジネスホテルのようで、ヨーロッパの一般的なホテルとは違い、日本人の我々にとっては過ごしやすい- 環境だと思います。 ただ、室内が暑い。暖房が効きすぎています。 室内で調節不可能です。

Le personnels serviables, rigueurs, efficaces, Le calme, et la vu sur les toits de Florence Disponipilitées du personnels, pour s'occuper de la voiture, vous remettez les clés, ils s'occupent de tout. Petit déjeuné copieux et restaurant a l'hotel si nous ne voulons pas sortir.

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre de Florence, à proximité des principaux lieux de visite. Chambre correcte même si désuète et vieillotte. La piscine et la terrasse, ouvertes toute la nuit sont très appréciables, surtout quand on connait la chaleur florentine estivale. Petit déjeuner très correct même si ce n’est pas le fort des italiens… Bon rapport qualité prix à mon sens même s’il faut intégrer le prix du parking en plus 23€ par jour

-Prix du parking, chambres à rafraichir. Finalement cet hôtel ne devrait pas arborer 4 étoiles, car il propose les services et les prix d’un 3 étoiles… Et l’attente se fait par rapport à 4 ! Wifi payant et très faible

Die Lage war super. Zentral gelegen, und dennoch überraschend ruhig. Begrünter Innenhof mit kleinem Pool auch sehr schön zur Entspannung zwischendurch. Manche Zimmer mit Blick auf diesen Hof sogar mit Balkon. Nette und hilfsbereites Personal, alles sehr sauber. Und das Frühstück sogar mit Rührei und Würstchen. Was will man mehr?
