The location is quite good. The staff of the hotel is very impolite. I hope it was just their bad day and not the general attitude.

The location was good. Only 300 m from the Subway. Breakfast was good and the stuff also good. This Hotel was also good for famillies and everyone who would like to visit Rome and avoid spending much money. There was no wifi internet in the rooms. Also 5 Euros for 1 hour internet in the reception Lobby was too much. You could not download pictures that way easily.

Only the breakfast Poor in general. The rooms were uncomfortable very cold and noisy, together with no hot water until we complained to management. In my opinion definitely not worth the 3 star status, when compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Rooms were cold and unfriendly. Bathroom was continuously cold. Heaters only worked during the night and were insufficient to warm the rooms in winter. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The location is good - 10 mins walk from the central train station and 20 mins walk from Colosseum. Affordable price. Good internet connection. The area is not nice - better not to hang out there alone at nights. Small rooms. Low pressure of cold water - so you have to use either a tiny stream of normal temperature or almost boiled water in the shower. Very arrogant&unfriendly staff.

I liked lots of things. The hotel is clean, good bathroom and toilet, nice location, even near the metro, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, there is lift, the internet is free, stable and not slow, at night there is no noise, so it is good to sleep. The single room is very small, but it wasn´t a big problem to me.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just 10 to 15 min. walk from Colosseum and the center, there is a big supermarket around the corner where you can buy fresh fruit..etc. 2 minutes from metro station Manzoni. The staff was friendly. The roof terace is fantastic! Good value for money, it served its purpose, but the room could be cleaner! The breakfast was surprisenly rich for choices and fresh. The room could of been cleaner, I know that I booked a three star hotel for a good price but that doesnt mean that it can't be cleaned properly. There was only one power socket working in the room.

Very nice hotel, with pritty garden. Very sympathatic design. One young guy on reception was the best specialist we ever seen (in particular he was in the morning 11\08). Other staff on reception was rather unprofessional (didn't smile at all), one even couldn't use Internet :(

Air conditioning, big bed, mini refrigerator in the room Windowsill and windows were not very clean, hard to adjust hot/cold water in the shower, poor sound isolation from corridor and neighbouring rooms. Staff at reception promised but forgot to reserve a taxi when we had to go to the airport at night

Was listed as near train station in Rome- that is why I booked - short stay. It is bordered on a very questionably dangerous area- we did not feel safe the way we walked even though hotel itself is in quite an affluent looking neighborhood. Was farther from station than we expected. No free wifi - should be for the price.

Quiet location, even though it's right in the city. Our room had huge beautiful windows overlooking a nice residential street.

The hotel is well located, close to Termini Station and has some good options of Tram, Buses. It's simple but clean... Ideal for those that don't want to spend much time at the hotel. The shower temperature was bad...too hot or too cold. The coffee is simple, every day the same.

“This is a lovely hotel. The room was spotless and quite large. The foyer and reception area is very nice also the bar and restaurant. There is a nice undercover area outside and a small pool which is quite welcoming at the end of the day. I would definately go back to this hotel.” Lynda, Scarborough |
