The location is good - 10 mins walk from the central train station and 20 mins walk from Colosseum. Affordable price. Good internet connection. The area is not nice - better not to hang out there alone at nights. Small rooms. Low pressure of cold water - so you have to use either a tiny stream of normal temperature or almost boiled water in the shower. Very arrogant&unfriendly staff.

Location is very good, it's very close to Metro Station 7 other public transportation... price is affordable the staff is helpful Room & bed size are too small to feel comfort... Breakfast items were limited & not fresh!!

Air conditioning, big bed, mini refrigerator in the room Windowsill and windows were not very clean, hard to adjust hot/cold water in the shower, poor sound isolation from corridor and neighbouring rooms. Staff at reception promised but forgot to reserve a taxi when we had to go to the airport at night

The hotel is well located, close to Termini Station and has some good options of Tram, Buses. It's simple but clean... Ideal for those that don't want to spend much time at the hotel. The shower temperature was bad...too hot or too cold. The coffee is simple, every day the same.

Η τοποθεσια ειναι πολυ βολικη για τις εξορμησεις μας στην πολη.Το ξενοδοχειο εχει καθαρα δωματια, με ανετα μπανια και εξωτερικους χωρους με πολλα λουλουδια και παγκακια σε αρχοντικο στυλ.Το πρωινο αρκετα καλο.Ευγενικοι ρεσεψιονιστ σε εξυπηρετουν σε οτι πληροφοριες χρειαζεσαι.Το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σχεδον στο κεντρο ,σε μια ησυχη περιοχη της Ρωμης. Οι ταπετσαριες στα δωματια πολυ βρωμικες και τα δωματια πολυ μικρα!Το ιδιο και το ασανσερ.

приятный обслуживающий персонал. хороший завтрак (несколько видов сыра, несколько видов колбас, выпечка, овощи, яйца, мюсли, йогурты) . не далеко от метро. убирают в номере и меняют полотенца каждый день. обветшалый и очень маленький одноместный номер и очень маленькая душевая кабина. отвратительный кофе.

Raport bun calitate-pret, spatiile comune amenajate placut, servicii modeste dar corecte, curatenie, locatie la 5 minute de mers pe jos de statia de metrou Manzoni si la 10 minute de mers pe jos de Coloseum. Presiunea apei la dus lasa de dorit, insa nu e prea deranjant pentru un sejur de cateva zile.

Proximité du métro Une vraie catastrophe: douche qui ne coule pas, eau bouillante ou glacée, pas de table de chevet, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de crochet pour y mettre une veste, les murs sont sales, le papier au mur se décole, la clé ne ferme même pas la porte de la chambre. Malgré le verrou, la porte s'ouvre sans problème. Nous devions quitter notre chambre sans pouvoir verrouiller la porte. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Ne plus jamais y mettre les pieds! à ce prix là en plus!!!

Personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner excellent (l'un des meilleurs café que j'ai jamais bu ! ). Le quartier est calme bien qu'un peu isolé Sur Booking, la station de métro la plus proche indiquée est Termini : ce n'est absolument pas le cas !! J'ai dû chercher près de 45 min avant de trouver l'hôtel ! De plus, les équipements (TV, salle de bain, ...) doivent dater des années 80, au minimum
