quiet and cleanliness
distance from the train station
The room & bed & breakfast serving lady who was very rude.
Location, sun terrace, relaxing atmosphere and daily room attention
Decoration a bit tired probably could do with a social bar but not essential
breakfast was very good, there was always rich choice; receptionist speaks English; location in walking distance from the center, metro station near
centrally controlled air conditioning, water in a bathroom too hot or too cold (unable to adjust)
The room is bigger than i expected for a solo traveller, bathroom also big enough, bath works well. The staff is very helpful and polite. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. You get what you paid for, which is totally worth it.
I'd prefer a quilt instead of a blanket, the bedding isn't very comfortable for me. But the hotel is just lovely, really gives you a good mood, you probably wouldn't mind it.
The staffs are absolutely fantastic. Paolo, Dominic, and Nicola was awesome in answering my questions and they speak good english. The breakfast spread was surprsingly good for such a hotel. Location is good. 15 min walk to coloseum. 5 min walk to subway. There s few good cafe by the corners of the street.
It was quite difficult looking for the hotel in the middle of the night. but once I know where it is, it was easy.
Front Desk Staff were friendly and ever helpful with all kinds of enquiries. And they speak English! Was really Impressed with them, especially, Nicola, Dominic and Paolo! Rooms are clean and that is important. Breakfast spread was surprisingly good for the price I paid for the hotel. All kinds of sweet breads, ham slices, cakes, cereal and fruits. Distance to Coloseum quite near. About 20 min leisure walk.
The first time I was looking for the hotel, It was quite difficult to locate the hotel at 11pm at night. I was lost for 1 hour. But once you know the location, it is quite easy to find.
Wi-Fi Location (close to Manzoni metro station, close to shop) Good breakfast terrace on the roof
on 2nd Floor AC centrally controlled
They fixed the air conditioner the next day'the breakfasts were the best!
Air conditioner didn't work one night and they wouldn't give us a discount.
Super quiet place, I could sleep with window open. Walking distance from the Colosseum. Great roof you can sit on and have a glass of wine.
Only hot water in shower.
-Located on a quiet, safe, residential street, near the Termini station (15 minutes walking distance), and 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro station. You can reach the Collosseum by foot in 15 minutes. -Hotels are expensive in Rome and this hotel is a perfect balance between quality and location. -Breakfast is great and varied for a 3 star hotel. -Wifi worked well during our stay. -----Although some of the reception staff did not speak good English, they were very kind and helpful. -The hotel has a great terrace on the third floor if you would like to smoke and drink your coffee. -They clean the room every day -Yes, the TV's in the room are quite old, some paintings don't stand straight on the wall, some sockets might not work and the hotel could use some renovation, but as stated above it is well worth the price for the safe area, location (almost in the center), quietness, breakfast and helpful staff. -I would stay there again.
- The water in the shower is really hot or cold. We had some trouble to get it to an acceptable temperature.
Nice people at the reception. Breakfast was fresh and good.
Bed was a bit small. Shower was either extremely hot or cold.
good breacfast, friendly staff, avaliable for any infomation.
no free internet, too expensive for its facilities, mosquitos.
Paolo and Leonardo, staff, were very helpful! Manzoni underground train station was 5min walk. Or 15min walk to termini station. Reasonable! €16.50 for three days unlimited travel bus/train etc. Breakfast inclusive was a great feature. Few lovely restaurants near. This hotel ha very thing we needed and was reasonable. I would recommend.
Free wifi didn't signal to the bed, I had to sit in our room doorway or in the lobby! During the night I was eaten alive by Mosquitos, woke up at 3am with over 10bites and killed about 6 bugs! Windows stayed closed for the remaining 2nights. I hated the tram ride from termini to the hotel, over 3 stops the tram was fully packed and the locals wouldn't let me out. I literally had to push with all my weight through an got yelled at in Italian. Was not nice! I recommend the underground train. I noticed that a sparkling water in the mini bar was half fill! I took it to the reception and told them. Noticed again that evening that they had filled the bottle up rather than replaced with a sealed bottle, I found this very strange.
