Ligging, netheid, ontbijt (jammer dat dat zo duur was).

Location was ok, but for the 1/2 price paid we could get similar.

Staff was very rude: they tried to move us in a different hotel, claiming that they have a delegation (politicians) that wants to stay one day longer and they are important persons; how did they knew that they are more important than us?! After our refusal, even when they tried to offer us in exchange an upgrade for the second night (when we was supposed to come back) and then a free dinner, they gave us the keys from our rooms! The name of the manager on duty is Moira, she was quite rude and annoyed that we want to stay in the rooms we paid since beginning of April! When asking how much is the breakfast, they told us is 32 euros/person but they tried to invoice 52, claiming that 32 is continental breakfast while 52 is the buffet (actually very-very poor, liek ibis breakfast, pitty for the beautiful view of the terrace). Finally we paid 32 euro/person, but the receptionist never appologies for misunderstandings like it was our fault not their! The hotel is nice, location also, but the service sucks and they don't deserve over 500 euro/average room called "premium deluxe"!

No Tea / Coffee in the room.

The bed was comfortable,nice sheets and the bathroom towels were fresh and white.

It is rather chabby needs a lot of work in the decor department.Food is very poor and has no air conditioning in the bed rooms.

The beautiful old palace style interior. But honestly you dont need to stay there to enjoy that, you can just visit the hotel.

Very expensive meals (breakfast for more than Eur50 per person and dinner for a minimum of Eur 109 per person not including drinks). Also wi fi is not included. The rooms themselves are small.

It is really overpriced for what it is ... the meals are extremely expensive, the rooms have no view at all... I will recommend it but taking in consideration is beautiful but overpriced.

Rooms are outdated, bathrooms in poor consition and not properly cleaned. Staff not friendly nor understand hospitality. Charged 15 euros for Internet at checkout but never mentioned this before. 50 euro breakfast per person is terrible. Water smells horribly of chlorine.

Beautiful dining area and lobby, with beautiful views of the city and convenient location to all the sites. Great place to stay if you can get the room at a good price.

The room was in the older part of the hotel and was certainly not at the quality I expected of a 5-star hotel. While the room was comfortable enough and had a beautiful view, it was very old, and needs to be rufurbished.There was peeling paint in the bathrooms, for example.

The Hotel was Luxurious and had a history.. The rooms were spacious and the decor was befitting of the Hotel.. A true Italian culture Hotel.

We booked clients through you... 1/ The hotel were adament we had only paid for 2 rooms (although all rooms were booked at the same time under 1 x ref ) and it took an argument and my intervention (approx 15 mins on the phone) for them to check with their bank ,before they found out they were wrong..!! No Apology was forthcoming...My client had to ask the staff 3 times before they admitted it was their mistake.. Arogance is not a substitute fo curtosy 2/ The cost you showed was not as good as was first thought ,so in furure more scrutiny will be made of your site prices.. But our fault not yours..

Very special location. If you choose Sea view room, you can see special view from your room. You can also have special breakfast at the top of the hotell. Breakfast is not cheap, but it is valuable to pay such amount to have specail breakfast at Venice. Absolutely you will like such breakfast. Furnitures are very nice, and whole hotel is just like museum.

Excellent luxury of all room facilities.

Staff of very mixed quality - some good, some poor enough to push past clients in the restaurant with no apology. Standards of maintenance disappointing. One big curtain in the restaurant detached from the window. Still hanging off two days later. A case for raising the management standards?

We were treated like anyone else, from a very important person who checked in prior to us, we were given the same attention. I was quite impressed

No free Wifi would be my only complaint

Unbelievable, that we have to wait three ours for our luggage - 1 piece in the first floor..... You hear everything from the bar-music in the room and also the people on the floor - loud :-(
