My wife and I stayed here while we celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary. Our host who checked us in was real curtious and polite. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne which was very nice. Our room had a balcany with a canal view and the balcony doors had powered shutters which we loved. The hotel was well within walking distance to San Marco Square. The bathroom was huge and so was the lobby. We didnt get a chance to eat at the restaurant on the roof...maybe next time. Tnt4life Most of the staff didnt not seem to welcoming of yonger couples like my wife and I which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Staff also had a bad tendency of entering the room while we were there without being told it was ok to enter. |

The architecture of the building's common areas was outstanding. The views and location were outstanding. They had air conditioning. The hotel staff was unaccommodating. They did not greet us at the door when we entered each day. The housekeeping was poor, inconsistent and incomplete. We would leave the hotel for 5 hour stretches during the day only to return to a partial cleaning - beds only/ towels only, etc. drinking glasses were never changed. At $750 a night for our room, this is unacceptable. |

This is a luxury hotel..It is a blende of history, architecture and venice,It is located in a very convenient location to all attaractions.Rooms are spacious, well decorated and bathrooms are marble finished and roomy, perfect choice, no complains |

The staff maintained an excellent attitude during the adversity of having at least 1 meter of flood water in the Lobby during the highest tide for 30 years. The hotel provided a gratis cold buffet lunch with wine for all guest that was excellently prepared. No tea making facility in the rooms. |

O Hotel Danieli tem excelente localização.. Entretanto, a excelência de serviço esperando deixou muito a desejar, o que fez, inclusive, relatar pessoalmente ao gerente na ocasião. Isso porque na ocasião da reserva no booking.com eu ressaltei que era para comemoraçao de tempo de casado e do aniversário da minha esposa, mas nada foi feito. Em outros hotéis menores e muito mais baratos, tive um melhor tratamento. |

La posizione, il prestigio e spaziosità della camera (quella che ho prenotato io) Servizio strano...1) intrusione "coatta" del personale alle 16.30 per controllare il frigobar. 2) Addebito del saldo il giorno prima della partenza, alle 2 del mattino su carta di credito, maggiorato di 70 euro rispetto al dovuto (poi tolte). 3) frigobar inadeguato. 4) nessun supporto turistico in camera. In generale il servizio ed i modi non sono adeguati ad una struttura di questo livello! |

Hotel Danieli est tres bien situe avec le vue magnifique sur le Grand canal et la laguna.C'est un lieu historique ( batiment meme et les visiteuer dans le passé) Le service est impecable. Rien, peut etre le prix de petit dejeuner est tres eleve. |

部屋の窓から見える海の景色はとても素晴らしかったです。室内のクリーニングがいつもきちんとされていまし- た。観光には良い位置にあり便利でした。朝食ビュッフェは有料でしたが内容は良かったです。 ホテルそのものはとても古く最高級の豪華さはありませんでした。チェックインタイムの20分前に到着しまし- たが部屋の準備ができておらず1時間以上外で時間つぶしをしなければなりませんでした。 |

Reservei um apartamento "premium de luxe" e quando me mostraram o apartamento reservado o mesmo encontrava-se em estado lastimável; então ofereceram-me duas opções de "upgrade": uma por 40 euros a mais na diária, sem vista e outro, por mais 240 euros na diária, com vista para a baía. Aceitei a de 40 euros, mas achei um absurdo, pois reservei um apartamento "premium de luxe" pagando caro por isso. Gostaria que a booking.com verificasse este tipo de coisa para evitar problemas com pessoas que fazem reservas através do site. |

Excelente ubicacion , presencia lujosa , buena disposicion del personal , excelente terraza y restaurante , el bano muy agradable y servicial . El Hotel por tener todas estas ventajas mencionadas se ha olvidado de restaurar los muebles , cambiar cortinas y alfombras mejorar tapices y pedirle informacion a Westin de como tener una mejor cortina para la tina de bano en general necesita una buena mano para justificar su diseno antiguo pero con presentacion inmaculada que le hace falta . |

Sehr schöne und stielvolle Empfangshalle aus alter Zeit und schöne Terrasse. Das ist leider nicht wirklich ein 5 Sterne Haus. WC und Bad nicht getrennt, Spiegel im Bad unten Blind.Bad generell aus den 50 Jahren und klein.Zimmer sehr klein(ca. 23qm) und ab 5 Uhr laute Lüftung am Dach. Meiden Sie den 4.Stock.Frühstück extra um 52,--und fast keine Brotauswahl !!! Lebt nur vom Namen ,der Adresse und der schönen Halle. |

ベネチアで最高のホテルであり、イタリアを誇るホテルだと思います。重厚で華麗で気品があり、清潔でクラシ- カルな建物でありながら最新鋭の設備が施されています。スタッフの方々はコンシェルジュからルーム担当の方- に至るまでとても感じがよく、私たちに対しても自然で気遣ってくださる振る舞いでした。チェックイン以降は- 、フロントマンは私たちの名前とルームナンバーを記憶されていました。朝食のレストランのスタッフの態度も- 素晴らしかったです。お値打ちな価格ですが、値段以上のサービスを受けたと思います。名実ともに名にたがわ- ぬ最高レベルのホテルでした。 |
