Hotel Dateo

very good location, subway station just in front of the hotel, 24h front desk, clean rooms, cleaning of rooms every day

staff should be better in english, room was quite cold (in december) despite heating, staff didn't replenish breakfast table during our stay, after 2 days there was almost nothing to eat

Everything. The room was awful and the staff was incredibly rude. I would rather sleep in a cardboard box on the street.

One evening my sister had a cold and was going to take a Lemsip, but the hotle man would not supply hot water :( He was too busy watching the football. This was very unhelpful.

Too far from town centre, air conditioning n room not working, breakfast poor.

Personnel was quite nice and helpful with explaining of various routes around the city. The price is not the best when compared to other cities of Italy (e.g. Florence) but this is Milan and that's the explanation I guess...

I wish the rooms were more clean, there was hair in the bathroom which is quite disgusting

proximity to Milan Centre, about 20 mins walk

Broken air con, flat saggy foam matress, broken light in the bathroom so a desk lamp was put in instead, foul powdery coffee in machine, no parking, there was no french bed as booked. Would not go again very dissapointed and completly not what we expected or booked

Hotel Dateo was convieniently located to bus and metro terminals that transported us into the heart of Milan. There were a couple of restaurants nearby that were good. Curteous staff.

Its cheap price for the hotel in Milan.

It too far away from the city centre, you have to take the metro and take another urban line to get to the hotel. And it can be quite dangerous at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful with information on anything (e.g. transport), we never got a 'no' for the answer; breakfast usually normal. Location considering trolley and metro stops perfect.

It would be nice to have an elevator taking you and your luggage to the third floor but it's technically impossible there I guess. And nothing can be done against street noise but once you tire yourself sufficiently during the day you sleep well.

Bad smel i rooms

The room was small but clean and well furnished. It was a good place where to stay for one night. Easy to reach from the Station and to move around Milan.
