Hotel Spagna ex Dèco  

Excelent location in the centre of Firenze.

Breakfast very good....Outstanding hotel staff helped with museum reservations and shopping directions. Very small bathroom. Had good wi-fi. I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

It was a good value for a very expensive city..

Central location, affordable

Amazing!! Amazing!! Amazing!! First of all the location is 10/10, it's 5 minutes from station and 8 minutes from Duomo. It's on street from Station to Duomo and having beautiful resturants along with. 4 minutes is San Lorenzo square and 3 minute is Santa Maria Novella square. Pizeeria especially Dantesca neaerer to hotel is giving amazing Pizza... but don't sit and eat there better take it to hotel. STAFF: Claudia and Marco - they both were an amazing hosts. They helped us a lot. Anytime of the day you can see smiling faces of them. really nice. We had nice best experience with them. ROOM: it was best value for money, our room was small but not the smallest we got in Europe but really rennovated and having nice modern furniture, bathroom is smalll but amazingly clean. Room is amazingly clean. Room services is great. They arrange everything we spreaded here and there. It was nice LCD TV and our room was road side but really amazing sound proofing. A/C was great and intelligent enough to maintain preset temparature. We had amazing 4 night stay in Room and we forgot the home. Yes, hotel is not having lift but we stayed at first floor so we don't have this problem. BREAKFAST: It was ok, i would say and similar what you expect in ITALY. Cappucino and Crossaints were amazing we loved them and enjoyed them fully. Rest we don't like in breakast could be with more choice, but we don't have complain about it, Cappucino and Crossaints were enough for us. EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND WE HAD it was BEST HOTEL STAY in europe. SURELY RECOMMENDED for your nice stay in FLORENCE near by SMN station. The hotel is stopped booking from internet but you can book it with their website or by calling them. Have a great time!!

Nothing we didn't like. We loved our stay at Spagna ex deco.

Very convenient location, close to railway/buses/sites and nice breakfast (coffee from the machine is yummy). Free air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

No lift! We had to carry our luggage up four floors. The breakfast room is very small. There is not enough tables to accommodate the guests staying at the hotel. People had to line up waiting for the next available table. Further, the waiter in the breakfast room was very unfriendly. The "free WiFi" never worked from my room.

Location of the hotel was good; near the railway station and city attractions.

Lack of any lift was very terrible to us. Our room was in 3rd floor and the luggages were very heavy. We hardly displaced them. We had difficulties in bathroom as well.

It sucked.

Room is super tiny and you can hardly turn around with 2 people in the room. The bath is mall

Location is excellent, just 5 minutes walking from train station and close to almost everything. Room was clean and comfortable with enough space for one person. Wi fi was not supposed to work beyond the lobby area but because I was on the 1st floor it worked ok in the room, I liked that.

Breakfast was too simple and everyday the same. The room was a bit noisy because it's on a centrally located and very busy street, but it was not so much of an inconvenient for me.
