The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. There were building works outside our room which started very early and were very noisy. I also thought the rooms could do with a bit of an update in terms of technology - TV etc. |

Staff very helpful and responsive. Location excellent for what we wanted. Very nicely appointed. Breakfast also was excellent - just a very good hotel experience in Florence - great location next to Uffizi, Ponte Vechhio, and other museums and sites. |

Most friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms. Most convenient. Excellent breakfast buffet. The piped music is a little limited. Are tenors obligatory? |

The location is excellent. The breakfast was well presented with numerous items for every taste, and the breakfast room is elegant. My room was quite small. However, I intend to stay at this hotel again, next time in a room with a view. |

It was unexpectable to get such a nice modern hotel in the historical place for a really reasonable price. |

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a perfect location, close to all the important artistic sites in Florence, close to the riverside, the Ponte Vecchio, etc. The area is good both during daytime and in the evening for those like us who prefer to walk instead of using a taxi or a private car. The breakfast was also very good. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, that was quite uncomfortable. They responded to our request for fixing it, but it still did not work. |

Good location, almost next to the Uffizi, beautiful 'very Florentine' party room for breakfast, where the Arno River can be seen by the window. No bathtub, the signs to the rooms are not very clear. One of the lifts occasionally didn't work. |

The room was outstanding; huge. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in scheduling tours, sightseeing events and recommending dinner locations. The breakfast was extremely well presented. It is hard to find, Make sure you call ahead for directions. |

we were upgraded to a luxury apartment at no extra cost. Buffet breakfast was really excellent with an enormous choice of food. Bed and bathroom linen changed daiyly. Very complicated route from reception to apartment requiring use of two lifts and walking, what seemed miles, along corridors. We had to leave hotel very ealy in the morning to catch a flight to Uk from Pisa. A packed lunch was given us which was almost unedible and very poor quality |

Excellent location next to the river and right by the Uffizi Gallery and a few metres from Ponte Vecchio. Excellent friendly and helpful staff who booked our slot for the Uffizi making access a lot easier. Lovely mezzanine room overlooking the river, although could be a little noisy with windows open. Breakfast served until 11:00 so you can enjoy a lie in. And a roof terrace with views over the river one way and the Duomo the other while you enjoy your end of day Prosecco. |

We were given a nice suite with a wonderful huge bathroom, the windows were into an internal space so there was little light and no views but it was very quiet and the breakfast room was stunning with views of the arno, the bar had great views from the terrace. Great location literally nxt to the uffizi. |

Breakfast was wonderful. Desk staff very helpful. Good bed and furnishings. excellent location just near the Uffizi & Ponte Vecchio. No need for stff to come into the room around dusk and pull the sheet back and leave sweets. It's silly. I could not turn the aircon off though I tried many times - found the air too drying when blowing on the ned all night. Bathroom / toilet floors were not clean. |
