Very comfortable and clean, luxury rooms, friendly messages left on the bed and good buffet/breakfast. Internet service is only available on the second and fifth floor and is pretty expensive. |

The rooftop lounge/bar offered a wonderful view and a peaceful retreat from the busy street scene. |

This hotel was wonderful. A fantastic location next door to the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and most of Florence "must see" sites. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. There was an excellent buffet breakfast. Great shopping all around and a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. |

One hotel staff reserved a table from a restuarant near by for me, which is fairly cheap and nice. It's easy to be found and the location is good ( just next to Uffizi Gallery). I like the smell of shampoo and shower gel. There is free still and sparkling water in the fridge also. In addition, their breakfast is very nice. Some of the hotel staffs are a bit snobbish. I think the it was because I was not in nice dress and I was carrying a backpack. Come on! How can you expect one girl doing solo travelling in fantastic dress?! There is no view at all for single room and the bed is very small. However, I realised this is a common problem for hotels in Italy. |

The staff was very helpful (followed up on lost luggage and made tour reservations for us). The location was perfect (on the river between the Ufizzi and Ponte Vecchio). |

The location of the the hotel is excellent. Most of marvelous the museums, cathedrals and etc., we had planned to visit, were very close and we could rest for a while , when we were tired, at the hotel difficult to approach by car / but it's Florence - the old center/ |

This hotel was referred by friends and definitely offered a great location to see the city. It's a five minute walk to the Uffizi gallery and the same for the Ponte Vecchio. Accademia Gallery and Pallazzo de Michealangelo which are must 'sees' are about a 20 minute walk .Great shopping all around and a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location for touring the city and offered wonderful views. My husband and I especially loved the rooftop bar! Great experience. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but not unbearable. |

Although we did'n get the room with a view it was nice.Location of the hotel is perfect-right next to Ponte Vecchio. All sights are literally around the corner. The breakfast was very tasty especially the cakes. We got two separated rooms despite the fact they called it a suite. Our rooms were next to staff facilities and I have to call the recepcion desk every morning to ask for a little silence. |

Very pleasant staff and good location to the sites in Florence. Very noisy deliveries early in the morning made it difficult to have an unbroken night's sleep! |

Breakfast was excellent, the room and the bathroom were very clean, the hotel staff was well informed, helpful and friendly. A little bit cold in the room, because outside was a very low temperature, unusual for Italy. |
