Location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was by far the best my wife and I had in Italy (4 cities, 4 hotels). Our room was impeccably clean, large (although admittedly we were bumped up to a suite at no cost so I don't know what the superior doubles look like), and comfortable. No. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our two week trip. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the river and very close to all the famous sites. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The room was great much bigger then expected with great views. The 5th floor open air terrace bar was the perfect place to chill with a drink last thing at night after a hectic day in florence. |

The location was fantastic, and the room very comfortable and quiet, and wonderfully air-conditioned! Breakfast was quite extraordinary. The staff lacked friendliness and warmth, I thought. They were VERY professional, but not very warm. |

good location, Good breakfast We don't feel welcome to this hotel. The people in reception desk are very arrogant. The insulation in the room is very poor. We can hear showering, toilet flushing, hair dryer blowing from next door, upstairs, pretty much all of your neighbors,and yes, it's also very loud. For over eur 400/night we pay, it's definitely a bad choice. |

I particularly liked that it was so centrally located and so very close to the Ponte Vecchio. And the breakfasts were sumptuous. A comfortable armchair in the room would have been an asset. |

The location was perfect for walking tours and the breakfast was fantastic and not just because the breakfast room was so elegant. The beds were hard, but that's really a matter of personal preference. |

Our room, and its view! The breakfast room, which was one of the factors in choosing the hotel. The location. I did not like the attitude of one of the receptionists when we checked out. She repeatedly spoke only to my husband, when it was clear I was paying the bill and I had made the booking. |

Nice historical building and convenient location This hotel didn't accept Diners Club credit card as it was indicated on your web-site and I had to pay in cash for everything. |

This hotel was excellent!!!!! The staff was very friendly, bent over backwards to accomodate you and gave us personalized treatment. The hotel is situated right where you want to be. The center of everything!!! There were no 'hidden' costs. Lovely hotel. |
