Effusive welcome by the receptionist. Sea view. Comfortable room with very comfortable bed. Good selection of items on the breakfast buffet, all fresh. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing. It was all good! |

The hotel was very close to Amalfi town center within walking distance although we drove to the town center as it was raining and parking was EUR 3.00 per hour very expensive. There is free parking at the hotel so use it and walk in to town. The room was large for the price we paid and we were also upgraded to a sea view room with terrace on the 2nd night as we complained that the room we had on the 1st night was too noisy. On the 1st night we had room 601 which faced a hill at the back of the hotel, we were on the top floor next to the lift and could hear the motors of the lift every time it moved and we must be right under the water tank or heating system as all night we could hear clanging sounds when someone turned on a tap. And the worst thing was at 6 am a dog at the back of the building started barking for over an hour and was later joined by other dogs, we complained and got upgraded to a sea view room with terrace on the 2nd night. |

I like the sea view of the coast of Amalfi, and also the big balcony. recommend the guest to have a room of sea view, and pay more. |

The staff could not be more helpful, which made the stay so much more enjoyable Needs a little updating, however that also is the charm. |

The breakfast was good, but wasn't a hot one. We were really disappointed with this hotel. Our room looked exactly like a hostel room we had in Venice, but was 8 times the price! Our toilet didn’t work for 2 days, and all they gave us was a 20 euro discount, and that’s after we asked for it! The lift is so small, that no one used it, so we had to travel up and down 5 flights of stairs. |

Great Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was relaxing, its position was great - a 20 min walk from town, or a short easy bus ride. We had a room in the villa which had a lot of steps to access but we didnt mind as the room and the wonderful views from our private balcony were terrific. Friendly Parrot! |

The staff were excellent - giving me a free sea view upgrade, a lift to amalfi town & advice on cab drvers, excursions & restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were of a good standard, location about 20mins walk from amalfi, breakfasts excellent & stunning open terrace overlooking the bay The beds were a little too hard for my liking |

Very large balcony with sea view in the cheapest room. Walking to/from town or the bus stop was always exciting as you have to hug the side of a winding expressway. Wireless license had not been approved yet. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jorge the guy from Argentina and the young one that is most of the time at the hotel doing everything ( wears glassess). I never was given the lemon drink I was told about it when I booked. Also, when I arrived and called the lady at the reception asked me to take a taxi instead of sending the hotel's transportation. I had already tried that choice and no taxi cab wanted to go because of traffic jam and overthere is used that all hotels have their transportation. Finally, she ended up sending the car and to my surprised they were dropping a couple of guests off at the same point. My opinion she did not do the best service wide. Overall the stay was fine. |

Their lemonade is excellent, an also the breakfast is one of the best we got during our roundtrip in Italy. The location is perfect, the beach is close and also the city centre is in walking distance. Staff is nice, helpful. The room is poor, the furniture is from the '60s (half of the painting is missing), and my husband had to take the shower in the middle of the bathroom, and the shower itself is so small he coudn't fit.. |

I was offered a room change on arrival and stayed in the villa as opposed to the main hotel. It was absolutely beautiful - very peaceful and relaxing and private. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the service felt personal. |
