Hotel dei Duchi  

The bathrooms need a lot of work. Poorly designed. Too many problems to relate. Visit them and if you are selective, it will be obvious.

We loved everything about the hotel. The room was so spacious and clean. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. It was the perfect location if you had a car since the hotel is at just outside the old town, you could park for free and walk only a short distance to tour the old town. It was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much with no complaints. Thank you!!!!!

This hotel is simply excellent. Well situated, modern, clean. Highly recommended. We loved it.

The comfort provided by this hotel was excellent and so relaxing. The staff were exceptional. Dinner from the restaurant was first class and the breakfast extremely substantial with lots of variety. Postition was excellent to be able to explore Spoleto.

We liked the generous size of the room and loved the very comfortable big bed. Also the large shower (tho the quality and positioning of the shower head could be improved). The view across the hills was tremendous. The car park was very convenient. Breakfast varied and plentiful and enjoyed by us both. Staff friendly and helpful (cleaning staff always said a friendly good morning). Loved the wonderful sun terrace - what a place to sit in the evening light with a glass of wine and watch the swallows swirl and the sun go down - tremendous. The hotel while being completely professional, had a very relaxed atmosphere.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio comodo sia di fronte all'hotel, sia nel parking vicino convenzionato (gratuito). Free internet point, colazione ricca e abbondante in salone con una vista splendida sulle colline e parzialmente sul teatro romano. Elegante giardin-dehor. Struttura accogliente. Camera non troppo grande ma molto pulita e accessoriata. Nel complesso un buon hotel ideale per visitare comodamente la città alta.

Nulla di particolare.

L'estrema cortesia e professionalità dello staff,la pulizia ed il comfort della camera e dei servizi in generale,l'ottima colazione,la qualità ed il gusto del pranzo.

La posizione centrale, il verde attorno (dalla terrazza del ristorante c'è una bellissima veduta panoramica sulla vallata), l'ampiezza della stanza, l'ampia gamma dei servizi, la gentilezza dello staff (una giovane signora in particolare, con occhiali e capelli lunghi ondulati...).

Solo una nota: tranne che nelle ore centrali della notte, dalla feritoia della climatizzazione proveniva un leggero rumore, come di ventola, nonostante avessi spento il riscaldamento. Per chi ha il sonno leggero come me, questo leggero rumore può risultare fastidioso.

L'ottima accoglienza e la struttura molto curata proprio al centro della cittadina. Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel nei giorni di Pasqua e pasquetta 2012 utilizzando anche la proposta del ristorante con il menu speciale per il pranzo di Pasqua. E' stato buono, nel rispetto delle tradizioni culinarie nazionali e specialmente locali. Buono anche il servizio ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. La stanza (Single) comoda, grande e accogliente affacciava direttamente sull'Anfiteatro o Teatro Romano, l'importantissimo sito archeologico di Spoleto. Tutto è stato perfetto ad eccezione del tempo che, purtroppo, non ci ha voluto favorire.... ma proprio in queste circostanze abbiamo potuto apprezzare di più le comodità e l'accoglienza offerte dall'Hotel dei Duchi, presso il quale consiglio di soggiornare.
