Convenient upper city location, easy to fine and park. Large rooms with good facilities and very good buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our particular room (family room) had a hall light that did not go off and the chairs were not comfortable. (Did see, however, bigger chair in regular double room.) So, just make sure to choose right room and should be a good visit.

The location was perfect! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. It's in the old town, so sights and restaurants were convenient. The hotel has a lovely lobby, bar and restaurant with views of the surrounding mountains. There were adequate choices for breakfast and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay there again!

We'd requested a nice view and we got it! It came with the price of some traffic noise, worse during the week than on the weekend. I don't know what we were near, but there was a female singing loudly and horribly for hours somewhere close by on Friday night. The hotel hosts tour groups and Sunday night we were awakened by a group being pretty rowdy on our floor. Sounds horrible, but the good outweighs the bad. Just some info for you for planning purporses.

Excellent staff, beautiful room with mountain view, good breakfast and easy access to village and other restaurants.

Somewhat difficult to find.

We were very happy at this hotel and recommend it highly. Very helpful staff, very big rooms and bathrooms, very clean, great breakfast, prefect location (the metro is right outside of the hotel and it costs 1 euro to get to the city center), restaurants near to hotel (try Il Barone across the street)

The accessibility of the Hotel to both the main road - via flaminia - and the proximity to the center of Spoleto were excellent. Also great was the fact that I requested an early check-in and sure enough when we got to the hotel at 11:00, our room was ready.

The room was dark - not at all like the triple that was pictured on the website, which had a lovely balcony. In fact, I feel pretty sure that our room was not a triple but a double with an extra cot thrown in. Our room had a single window, rather high up and overlooked the parking lot. I did not appreciate that and felt that I had been misled. I would still stay there again but only if given a room with more light and probably a balcony.

The hotel staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming and the hotel was located right in the centre of the old town near tourist information which was extremely convenient when eating out and you could go for lovely walks in the surrounding hills without getting in the car. In fact we were there for 3 nights and didn't take the car out once. There is also hotel car parking which is very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean with the most beautiful views and I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace reading in the early evenings. There was also a jacuzzi bath and very good shower which was very welcome after a long 9 mile one day followed by a long bike ride in high temperatures.

My only complaint was the hard bed but we found that out of the 4 hotels (and none of the hotels were particularly cheap) we stayed in in Italy only 1 bed was comfortable. This really makes a differerence as to whether I would stay again despite the hotel being perfect in every other way.

We liked the generous size of the room and loved the very comfortable big bed. Also the large shower (tho the quality and positioning of the shower head could be improved). The view across the hills was tremendous. The car park was very convenient. Breakfast varied and plentiful and enjoyed by us both. Staff friendly and helpful (cleaning staff always said a friendly good morning). Loved the wonderful sun terrace - what a place to sit in the evening light with a glass of wine and watch the swallows swirl and the sun go down - tremendous. The hotel while being completely professional, had a very relaxed atmosphere.

l'hotel è davvero bellissimo. camere spaziose, spazi nella hall molto comodi, vista sulla città stupenda, anche dalla sala colazione (che è davvero ottima). situato all'ingresso di spoleto, ha anche un parcheggio interno (che per spoleto non è poco).

Lo staff è riuscito a farci trovare le camere nel giro di pochi minuti, anche se eravamo molto in anticipo (alle 8.00 di mattina), e ci ha offerto anche la colazione. Veramente tutto molto bello, e tutti gentili. Bellissima la vista e la posizione centrale.

Se proprio si vuole trovare qualche difetto, il ristorante non ci è sembrato all'altezza di tutto il resto, un pò troppo caro senza essere speciale. Il giardino dove si pranza è comunque bello.

Facilmente raggiungibile,ottima posizione, arredamenti molto originali e curati,lo staff alla reception e'gentilissimo e cordiale,stanze pulite, spaziose e arredate con gusto,prima colazione fantastica,comodissimo il servizio navetta a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci tornerò e lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti.

posizione ottima, immerso nel verde, molto tranquillo anche in presenza di gruppi numerosi.
