Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

ho apprezato la citta'. per quanto riguarda l'arbergo non ho apprezzato praticamente nulla . sono rimasto molto deluso iniziando dal rumore dei treni che passano a ridosso dell'hotel. |

la colazione andrebbe curata meglio, non erano assegnati i tavoli per camera l'ospite vagava in cerca di un posto per sedersi,per una struttura a 4 stelle non è il massimo visto che anche in alcune pensioni ti assegano un tavolo sia per la prima colazione che per eventuali pasti |

il personale tutto gentilissimo e disponibile la pavimentazione in moquette vecchia e sporca, letti traballanti, bagni con pochi punti di appoggio, niente ciabatte, niente bollitore...uno standard non da 4 stelle |

camera fornita non conforme all'acquisto. sostituzione camera su richiesta esplicita. Struttura un po' fatiscente e poco curata in ogni aspetto. Colazione a buffet scarsa sia come qualità che come quantità. parcheggio a pagamento. considerando il livello dell'albergo il rapporto qualità/prezzo è pessimo. nel bagno si sono smontati nell'ordine porta carta igienica e spazzolone!!! |
