Very friendly, nice family, cared about the needs of there guests, The rooms were modern, filled with everything you would expect from a good 4 star hotel, including plenty of soap and shampoo Breakfast was served way after 10, really nice service, shuttle was for airport, but took her to station, The views are incredible, recommended highly !

The hotel is in the centre of the town of silvino in the italian alps.it has recently been refurbished to a very high standard we stopped in a suite and it was fantastic with every comfort you could imagine and a lovely view.the staff were very helpfull and frienly.the town has several resteraunts although only 2 were open as it is out of season. The only downside to silvino is the drive up from bergamo,not as bad as some say but still testing.

Lo staff e' stato praticamente assente, ad esempio la sera verso le 22 mi sono recato nella hall per richiedere un telecomando (non presente nella camera), ma non ho trovato alcun personale; le camere erano fredde, alle 21:30 i caloriferi erano spenti; la doccia perdeva acqua; i muri del soffitto erano coperti di muffa; la colazione non e' stata a buffet, il parcheggio "privato" era in verita' un parcheggio pubblico. L'hotel era in ristrutturazione, ma l'informazione e' stata omessa.

Apparentemente buono lo stile delle nuove camere (per una delle quali ho pagato un notevole sovraprezzo). Totalmente inesistente il personale quando serve, il resto della struttura é decisamente vecchia, la prima colazione nella media, nel cimplesso per lo stesso importo da me pagato alla fine avrei potuto trovare di meglio.

Struttura di design, molto curata,rinnovata completamente, adatto per famiglie e coppie, ottima gestione familiare con tradizioni selvinesi, bello il paese, anche se non può definirsi un luogo di sport invernali tuttavia non manca nulla (pista di pattinaggio su ghiaccio e mini-pista di sci adattissima ai bambini ma anche per adulti principianti), paesaggio rilassante e ottimo punto di partenza per puntate verso luoghi di sport invernale (foppolo, monte Farro, Castione della P., Colere e Schilparo) con percorrenze da 30 minuti a 90 minuti.

Mi spiace doverlo dire, ma nonostante la disponibilita' e la cortesia dello staff il soggiorno e' stato molto deludente: la camera, nonostante avevamo avvisato della presenza di un bimbo di 20 mesi era un loculo, l'asse del water non si poteva chiudere perche' legata con uno spago, lo scaldabiberon era in realta' un bollitore elettrico e ciliegina sulla torta alle 19.00 del 31.12 non e' stato possibile fare la doccia xche' non c'era acqua calda. Il tutto consideramdo che abbiamo pagato 350,00 per il solo pernottamento di 2 notti direi che e' un furto legalizzato..

Ystävällinen henkilökunta.Ainakin näin hiljasena aikana hakivat kentältä ja veivät Bergamoon. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä..löytyi leikkeleitä. Huoneessa oli kaikki ,mitä tarvitaan,hiustenkuivaaja,pesuaineet,peilejä ja pistorasioita tarpeeksi.,puulattia. Jos jotain sanoisi ,niin aamupalalla voisi olla tomaattia ja kurkkua.

De kamers/badkamer zijn ruim, nieuw, schoon en luxe. De bar en restaurant kunnen wel opgefrist worden (maar dat zit op korte termijn in de planning heb ik begrepen).

Находится в деревушке, стоящей в горах. Чистый, пьянящий воздух. Сам отель в ремонтных лесах. Лучше не брать этот отель перед утренним самолетом, введу того что дорога к отелю - злой горный серпантин - ехать тяжело, долго, хотя и красиво.

Mieszkałem w hotelu po raz piąty. Mimo ciężkich warunków w tym roku - rozbudowa - czułem się tam świetnie i w kolejnych latach nie zamierzam zmieniać miejsca pobytu. Przyjeżdżam tam na targi w Mediolanie.

ondanks de verbouwing die gaande was en dat we de enige gasten waren, was het een redelijk verblijf. Dorp was erg stil en weinig te beleven in de winter. gastheer/vrouw waren wel vriendelijk. Omgeving heeft prachtige uitzichten. de douche was erg klein, een iets gezet persoon zal niet door de douche deur kunnen. De kamer was niet warm te krijgen, 's Avonds tv-kijken onder de dekens

Abbiamo soggiornato in una mansarda sottotetto, piuttosto piccola ma accogliente, ben arredata e con tv via satellite. La sala per la colazione aveva un arredamento piuttosto "retrò" però l'hotel era in fase di ampliamento e ammodernamento di conseguenza magari anche a sala migliorerà.
