Die Lage ist sehr gut.die Bedienung ist gut. mir hat der alte Stil gut gefallen,

Das Bett ist eindeutig zu weich

Das Delle Nazioni liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Bahnhof. Vom Strassenlärm war jedoch nichts zu hören, da unsere Zimmer zum Hinterhof hinaus lagen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse recht gut (Wurst, Käse, versch. Brot, Müsli, Säfte, Rührei u. a.), Kaffee in Selbstbedienung vom Kaffeeautomaten. Gute Verständigung mit dem Personal auf Englisch.

Das Bad war sehr klein, viel kleiner geht es sicherlich nicht. Auf dem WC sitzend stehen die Füsse in der Dusche. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas störend und vom Gast nicht auszuschalten.

Zimmer sauber und groß. Badezimmer ebenfalls groß. Lage unseres Zimmers im fünften Stock bot schönen Blick über Florenz. Straßenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum hörbar. Frühstück gut mit großer Auswahl an Croissants und Gebäck. Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella sehr nahe. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Free internet access. Rate included breakfast. Excellent location, very near to train station. Many restaurants around the area.

Bath room is a bit old and dim.

Location and the fact that it has wi-fi internet access in the room, plus the staff is very friendly and helpful

Really near to the train station, helpful staff, clean and large room. I will still choose this hotel next time.

Near the Fin. S.M.N. station, easy to access everywhere in Florence.

Poor hygiene. We believe that the bed has ***flea*** !!!!! Rash is appeared in our skin in the next day !!!!! It lasts for almost 3 weeks. All our clothes are requiried to sterilize before we can wear again. What a terrible experience !!! We must never and never stay in this hotel FOREVER.

The hotel was very clean and the staff could not do enough to assist with any request. We highly reccomend this hotel not only because of the friendly staff but also the cost, the location the hotel is within walking distance of the Duomo and central Florence.

The room's could do with tea/coffee making facilities, especially after a long day sight seeing.

Very conveniently located near the train station - Santa Maria Novella. Friendly and courteous staff at check in. Room was spacious and clean. Was having some trouble with the Wifi but this was quickly resolved when I asked someone at the front desk about it. Buffet breakfast was good. Easy and quick check out. Would stay here again.

the location is good, being next to the train station. it's convenient with supermarket, restaurants and shops surrounding.

it's very noisy with very thin walls. we heard people above us and next doors walking and talking, as well as the water pipes whenever other guests used toilets, sinks, etc. The floor is very dirty. Bottoms of all our white socks turned black. Both room and bathroom feel very cold and uncomfortable. The internet connection was unstable and very slow. Both elevators, although only goes up and down among 4 floors are probably the slowest ones we've seen in our lives. For what we paid, I would not recommend nor stay there again.

Hotel's position in the city is good. Close to the main areas. It is right beside the station.

This was my second stay there. I liked it because of the location and convenience to the train station and bus terminal. Usually those locations are seedy, but this one not so much. The room was really nice. They were replacing air conditioners so our room was a bit hot. It is on the high end of its category and I would stay there again! The staff was very responsive and remembered me from the last time I stayed there.

The hotel is clean, the localization is good, just besides the train station. The room is spacious and the bed has a good matress.The breakfast is good too.

The internet conexion was terrible, impossible to use. The staff who works at night was very moody and unpolited.
