Big and clean room with balcony! Duomo view! Free WiFi and good location! Just next to the Firenze S.M.N Station. Good attitude and helpful staff.

No fully cover bathtub, feel cold when taking bath. No kettle for water boiling.

The breakfasts and car, they made great cappuccinos. Nice and close to all the major attractions.

Room was quite stuffy! They have lufts, but very slow.

I was disappointed that there are no English Movie Channels at all on TV

Good looking: refurbished (looks nice on the pics), big spaces, nice spot, (not the best)

Bad feeling: no double bed but to single beds joined, the most uncomfortable beds ever, bad plumbing (no water from the hot tap sometimes)

Internet available. Close to the train. Close to shopping and plaza's. we stayed two different night. And it was great. Breakfast is filling. Staff is very professional

We did not mind but one side of the hotel you will hear the trains.

The view from our room was great. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient for our conference, and it was really close to the train station. The staff gave us good recommendations for places to eat.

The pillows were really hard and compact. The towels smelled like vinegar.

A very average hotel, would rate it a shade better than a bed & breakfast ignore the stars which they say. Breakfast was average rooms were small, bathroom is from the medevial period. Can be avoided unless next to the railway station is your priority.

Check out time.. 10.00 am was a bit early in my opinion.

I like breakfast! All staffs at receptions are helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the noise of the flush in toilette . Too much water for each usage.

It is very close to Santa Maria Novella station, actually it is opposite to it and it is just 10 minutes away from the Duomo. The staff was very helpful .

In my opinion breakfast could have been better considering the price .

Close to train station

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in Italy. Rooms were pleasant with a balcony and good comfort and a good view of the famous monuments. Cleaning services were excellent. Heating and air conditioning of room was excellent. Breakfast is good and sufficient and the catering staff were sincere. Hotel reception desk staff very much co-operative. Hotel being very near to railway station and bus terminals, the location was convenient. Many shops including supermarkets nearby. Almost all tourist locations easily approachable from the hotel. Internet facility is excellent. Above all I liked the sincerity of the staff and the comfort I got while my stay.

Very near to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Excellent location with convenient shop and fashion stores along the street. We stayed in a 4 person apartment with hideaway kitchen. It's really clean and neat. Unlimited wifi account access for each room. Fair breakfast choices. Smooth check in and helpful staffs.

The heater was not working well so there were times it was so cold. Wifi coverage in rooms were very weak.
