It's easy from hotel to venice by bus. The bus stop just near the hotel, there is a big supermaket just under the hotel. The room is clean and comfort. The breakfast is not bad. 总体来说是个不错的符合4星标准的酒店。 Is a little far away from the train station, need to walk about 20 minutes if you need to go or leave early or late when there is no bus server available.从酒店到火车站的汽车不多，晚上很早就没了，所以只能步行。 |

Nice and clean, well designed hotel. A bit far from the city centre but not too far. The hotel staff is too occupied. We stayed in the bar one night and the bartender was all around the hotel, servicing hotel guests, being their concierge etc. In short he was not at the bar, so we had to call him each time we wanted to order which was a bit annoying. |

For the price, this is an excellent hotel, we stayed on the 5th floor in a newly refurbished room with a balcony and a great view over florence, also a cracking view of the train station but you can't have everything for this sort of price. Ask for a room on the 5th and you wont be disappointed. |

1) Arrived an hour before check-in and they let us check in. 2) Free internet cafe. 3) Very good location to the train station 1) We couldn't close the shower door properly so the bathroom was constantly wet |

Friendly staff, very convenient location, good and plentiful breakfast, Hotel air con vent above bathroom so we had a constant noise (like a tumble dryer running) through the night. |

Although next to railway station, no traffic noise. Clean and comfortable rooms and nice balcony with views of the city center. The coffee served during breakfast was of bad quality. |

Ho apprezzato la posizione per chi arriva in treno e visita la città, l'arredo rinnovato delle camere con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo Parte del personale assolutamente non preparato e poco disponibile, la colazione piuttosto spartana |

La atencion del personal fue muy correcta y habia alguna persona que hablaba espanol. El bano es muy antiguo y para ducharse era algo incomodo pero estaba limpio. |
