Nice and clean, well designed hotel. A bit far from the city centre but not too far. The hotel staff is too occupied. We stayed in the bar one night and the bartender was all around the hotel, servicing hotel guests, being their concierge etc. In short he was not at the bar, so we had to call him each time we wanted to order which was a bit annoying. |

near station, we were arrived very late, the resturante closed at 10:30pm, the breakfast very good, the staff very nice. |

For the price, this is an excellent hotel, we stayed on the 5th floor in a newly refurbished room with a balcony and a great view over florence, also a cracking view of the train station but you can't have everything for this sort of price. Ask for a room on the 5th and you wont be disappointed. |

La atencion del personal fue muy correcta y habia alguna persona que hablaba espanol. El bano es muy antiguo y para ducharse era algo incomodo pero estaba limpio. |

Buon albergo sia per la sua collocazione (vicno alla stazione e al centro di Firenze) e sia per quello che ha offerto all'interno (servizio, pulizia, colazione e servizi extra come il Wi-fi gratis). |

visto i giorni freddi il bel caldo in camera , l'abbondante colazione e tutto l'insieme molto decoroso. L'unica cosa che da fuori non sembra positivo come invece è dentro. |

Prima hotel, echter veel te duur in vergelijking met de kwaliteit. Geen mini-bar op de kamer en een airco die alleen maar warme lucht blaast. |
