The room was good, clean and definitely worth the money! The window opened onto a quiet street although we we're right by the station. There was a cool terass to sneak up to. The staff spoke English, gave good recommendations for restaurants.. But most importantly: Amazing breakfast, best hotel breakfast we have ever had without a doubt! My one and only complaint is that the double bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together, good enough if you're just there to sleep... but uncomfortable when you want to be snuggled up together in the middle of the bed and the two beds slide apart... |

Capuccino and warm cream croissants for breakfast. Delicious! Nothing about the hotel.,.. it's just that Piazza Garibaldi is the most crowded and dangerous place in Naples. You have to be really cautious with pickpocketters. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke English fluently or at least adequately for their role. The walls were very thin, and a lot of noise from within the hotel came into the room. Made it hard to sleep once the staff were up and about. Not a disaster for a budget hotel but still a bit annoying. The internet access was within a smokey office, no wifi or personal laptop access. |

The cleanliness of the hotel. It has been recently renovated and is very pleasant. It was much better than the guest reviews on your site. The only two problems were the lack of elevator and lack of room safe on the third floor. |

Ho scelto quest' hotel per raggiungere alcuni amici che già avevano prenotato lì. in un primo momento ero un pò scettico vista la vicinanza alla stazione ma non appena arrivato sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. Lo staff è incredibile, tutti simpatici e pronti a darti una mano, soprattutto Walter. Da consigliare |

La atención del personal ha sido muy buena. Su emplazamiento, que si bien es muy cómodo, se encuentra en una zona bastante sucia, transitada y ruidosa (aunque hay que destacar que el hotel es silencioso) |

posizione...colazione...gentilezza...prezzo camera doppia da quando è cambiata la gestione tutto è peggiorato..i guasti nelle camere non vengono piu riparati e quando ci ritorno li ritrovo..lavandini che scaricano male..acqua calda che a volte non c è...wc mal scaricante..condizionatori che si possono accendere senza poter regolare la temperatura..e..lo ammetto dopo anni che ci vado..i prezzi delle singole sono troppoelevati..5e di diff da una doppia. |

Ottimo il personale ed il prezzo.Il personale è fantastico, simpatico e sempre disponibile, ha saputo darmi ottimi suggerimenti su come trascorrere il mio soggiorno.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera non grandissima ma funzionale e pulita. |

Lage des Hotels, Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Busbahnhof, die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr Freundlich (bis auf die blonde Fräulein beim Frühstück) gibt es kein Aufzug, die Dusche ist ziemlich klein,Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist ein bisschen zu laut |
