Hello.Wonna say few words about this hotel. If you are looking for cheap hotel with good location in Naples, this hotel is perfect fit for you. Also for this price you have breakfast included in your deal.Location is perfect, few steps from bus, right in the center of the Naples, even walking can take you to almost all interesting parts of the city. Little shower,tv was slow, but these issues are not major if you ask me.

The location of the hotel is prefect close to the train station. Very easy commute to all tourist attraction by train and ferry. Their staff are nice and the breakfast is good base on low room rate. Overall are good, room is good size and clean. The hotel do not have lift and no internet computer available, they provide free WiFi only.

Good value. Good location. Surprisingly quiet as located on a pedestrian street. Breakfast adequate by Italian standards. Staff generally helpful and friendly. Room adequately sized but bathroom fittings needed maintenance. Fridge didn't work. Desk staff a mixture of friendly and helpful and unhelpful and surly.

Pretty nice room considering the price. The location is pretty close to the central station, a little bit scary, but a good base for visting the city and its surroundings. Breakfast very basic, but at least more than the usual pastry and coffee. The breakfast area is very cramped, and the staff is overwhelmed when many people are dining at the same time.

3Mins walk from the central train station it was the perfect base for day trips to Pompeii / Sorrento etc. Very close to Airport bus stops. Good value for money. A bit run down but for the price it was fine for us. The staff seemed friendly enough. As per other comments, the area does feels a bit dodgy, especially at night and I was apprehensive about staying here. However, we had no problems and the location and price compensated.

Proximity to Garibaldi train/ bus/ metro station that could get you anywhere . The price is very good and the rooms are clean. The area seems to be dangerous with a lot of gangs gathering near the corners, but once you get used to them (after 2 days) you realize they are not a big problem. The breakfast was very poor for a non Italian , and the same type of food every day. You could only had a croissant ( and only one per person) , some milk with corn flakes (and you had to ask for extra every time the jars were empty ) , ham and cheese ( from time to time) plus butter, marmalade and chocolate. The get a proper coffee was tricky . You could either get a tinny expresso , Italian style ( only one finger of coffee in a small cup) or a very long " Americano" which was like a long tea with no taste. Not all the personnel was english speakers , but this was no real problem in our case.

The hotel was well located in the city, close to sightseeing and transportation. The rooms were equipped with everything you need from hair dryer to TV. The rooms were spacious enough for an extra bed in the room, the bed was comfortable. In the night it was quiet and my kids could sleep without a problem. The breakfast was rich and we loved the mini croissants with vanilla. The director of the hotel, Mr. Ernesto, was very kind and recommended us some restaurants in the are where we could eat with discount price. The food was good and we was satisfied with the choice. The hotel's staff was very nice and receptive, they arranged excursions for us to the Volcano and Pompeii.

Location is very good, close to transport and sightseeing. The hotel staff was very receptive, Mr. Ernesto, the hotel manager, arranged for us the transfer from airport to the hotel and back. At the hotel each one of us received a tourist map, as well as information about places to visit, we were warned not to buy anything from those who sold on the street. Mr. Ernesto recommended us restaurants in the area where we could eat good food, we received 10% discount. He also helped us to rent the bus for trips to the volcano Vesuvius and Pompeii. Every day the towels were changed, the rooms were cleaned up and every two days they changed the bedding. On the last day, because we had an early flight, he arranged a breakfast to go with coffee, fruits and sandwich. Our stay at this hotel was great, rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, no technical problems, we had hair dryer in the bathroom, toilet and bidet, you don't find this in every hotel. The beds were large and comfortable. We received the password for the Wireless hotel with no extra fee. Breakfast was rich: warm croissants with chocolate and vanilla, milk, American coffee, juices, cheese, butter, jam, ham, cereal, toast. We loved the smell of warm croissants, it was a good way to wake up :)

Location, close to the centre of the City. This hotel was very basic but served its purpose. it was very dingy and needed a complete redecoration. Arrived early evening but found the bar closed and didn't open at all that night. The continental breakfast was of a very poor standard, didn't bother the second morning it was that bad.

Basic hotel, cheap & cheerful. Located close to rail station but the whole area is poor so unless you know what a dump Napoli is I wouldn't visit the area unless you really had a valid reason.

It was a really nice hotel with really friendly staff. Everybody welcomed you. The area was not high class and weird people were creeping around the hotel at all hours but this is nothing you may concern as nobody ever teases you or bothers you. The city was just ok with too many immigrants (african mainly) I dont have nothing with them but they seemed to be a huge problem of the city occupying every sidewalk selling their knock-offs louis vuitton and fendi etc.. Pompei was nice. Generally the hotel is a good bargain as it is near the center with realy good price. I would suggest it. As mentioned on other reviews the breakfast was a bit poor and the fact that there is no elevator to a 4story hotel. Thank God we carried only a small luggage each and we had no particular trouble getting up the stairs.

excellent location just right behind piazza garibaldi, which is convenient because it is quieter. The owner, Earnesto was nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and places to see in Naples. For the price we paid, it was an excellent deal! the room smells like someone has smoked it in. While the smell wasn't strong, i could certainly smell it in the bed linens. Apparently, there is wifi at this hotel but the password was so long (like 40 characters) neither my friends or i or others were able to log on.

I've got a double room for two nights just for 45€. What else can I say? The room, the staff, the hotel... was as good as I supposed. So I'm really happy with my stay there :-D I've read there were three main problems with the hotel: There wasn't lift: I don't care, it's just three floors (and we had light luggage). There wasn't AC: I don't care, it was winter (and frizzing outside) and the temperature was perfect. Bad location: Probably the streets around the hotel aren't the best ones to walk at 2AM, but probably you won't find them in Naples.

Room spotless, comfy bed, bathroom fairly modern, hotel reception staff friendly and helpful, free wifi, can leave bags at reception after checkout, only five minute walk from main train station, good value room (we paid 45 euros for 2 nights!), restaurant recommended by reception was excellent and was given a 10% discount voucher at reception. Buffet breakfast was of a very poor quality - rubbery cheese slices in plastic that you would put on a burger at a BBQ, milk at room temperature, weak squash instead of fresh juice, only cereal was cornflakes which were worse than supermarket value variety. Thin walls so a bit noisy in the hotel at night, and an internal hotel phone ringing on the wall right outside our room (third floor) at 7am. Shower was just a dribble. No heating so had to ask for extra blankets. Wifi only worked on 1st floor and very intermittent.

I only stayed for the one night but it was a great experience. I would have stayed longer if I was staying longer in Naples As there is only one area to get internet connection, maybe they could make available more seating so that people don't have to sit on the stairs.

Staff were geniuely welcoming, the cleanliness, good for budgeting(price wise), close to train termini and of course breakfast that was included in the price. I think the management should improve description of location, I mean how to find the hotel.
