The staff was really kind and helpfull. My wife became ill and they call the doctor and help to translate him. The room was a bit small. |

Modest hotel on a very good location. The hotel has a very good connection with Venice (7-8 minutes by bus that stops 100 meters from the hotel) and free private parking. Good for travelers who are going to Venice by car. |

I loved how easy it is to get from the hotel to Venice!! Just a bus away (10 minutes)...the staff was very very nice! Free parking, nice restaurants near the hotel. |

1) Kindness of staff 2) breakfast is enough good (for the "Italian style") 1) All others: room very small, bathroom even more 2) for a 2star category hotel, located in the Mestre suburb, it seems to me quite costly. 3) If I well understood the hotel was not built up as such, but as small condominium. That imply that they had to adapt apartments to rooms. That is why, I suppose, rooms and bath are so small. |

The location was very convenient for getting into Venice. Quick 10 minute bus ride. Staff were extremely helpful giving directions and advice. The breakfast was great! The family room that we stayed in worked well for two adults with two teens. |

The receptonist gave us a good description of all interesting sites in Venice including reasonably priced restaurants and how to go there by public transportation. The shower is quite narrow. |

Alexandra on the front desk was fantastic, helped with bus/train information - speaks several languages. Location of the hotel was great, 5-10 minutes by bus to Venice, walking distance to a couple really good restaurants. The 'NoStop' restaurant was amazing! We would stay here again. Internet connection only reached into the entrance of our room. Not a big deal though, we were there to see Venice, not surf the net. |

What a fantastic hotel. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms, complete with all amenities and it also includes a fantastic breakfast. The staff did not hesitate to do anything for us, especially Alexandra. Alexandra went out of her way to ensure that we were taken care of and made reservations for taxis for us and even ordered us a pizza when we had a late evening craving. There was nothing but pleasants surprises and excellent service. |

The hotel is conveniently located in Mestre, very close to the bus station from where you can reach Venice in 10 min. Moreover, there is free parking available making it an excellent choice for people travelling by car. The hotel staff was very nice. We were able to check in befpore the check-in time, as soon as the room was made avilable. The room was a little bit small and the bathroom was not separated in the best way from the room. |

Hotel tranquilo. Quarto confortável. Perto de restaurantes e perto de ônibus que levam até Veneza em apenas 10 minutos (ou menos). O preço é compatível e o fato do dono falar português é um plus. Além disso, todos os funcionários falam inglês. |
