Good location in Venice-Mestre as its beside bus route taking you to Venice islands (10 mins. journey). Helpful staff give you information on buses and tickets when checking in. Parking available on hotel grounds. Shower with curtain a little basic (and allowed water onto floor) but thats a minor gripe. |

Right guidance on directions to Venice, through pre-drawn maps. 1. For the price paid, the size of the room was tooo small. There was hardly space for moving around, with 2 cots for 4 persons. 2. Choice in the breakfast menu, is very little, for the room price charged. 3. Looks more like a family run guest house rather than a hotel, which was not apparent while booking |

The location was great for getting into and out of Venice because it was close to bus service. The courtyard was nice for relaxing when we came back, and the room was quiet for sleeping. The room was dusty, particularly under the bed. And without screens on the windows there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. |

The staff is very nice and helpful. They speak portuguese and make a very good brazillian black cofee. The location of the hotel is excelent, very near the bus stop to Venice. Its very clean and has a parking which was very good too. |

everything was very clean, the staff was always friendly and accomidating and valuable. other hotels on the island of venice cost the same, but there was no free parking nor complimentary breakfast. |
