First and foremost, Alex at the reception was AMAZING. He guided us whenever we needed help. He told us about the immediate area, where to eat, buy bus tickets, where the bakery was ect. But he also told us exactly where to go in Venice, what to avoid and what not to miss. His advice was practical and correct! The hotel itself was clean. The bathroom had hot water all the time, the bed was comfy. The daily cleaning was indeed carried out and they provided us with clean towels daily. There was a small fridge in the room as well which was a nice touch. We recommend! Thanks again Alex:)
