Very unfriendly staff, doesn't know a word in english, they gave me a double room when I booked for a triple,after 15 minutes the situation has arranged. I tried to rest in the room between 14-16,but surprise! It has appeared a track that emptied the sewerage/septic tank.You can't imagine the noise and the smell... Otherwise the room was small, old mobilated and the refrigerator doesn't work. As location is very far from anything.I Don't recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The room confortable and clean. In the restaurant good attention and food as well.

The hotel was just what we needed, as a base from which to watch part of the Tour de France. It is a good, ordinary hotel with everything you need. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We arrived very late, later than we had said, and there was no problem with this. The breakfast was nice. There was plenty of parking. The location is not in the town so you need a car there really.

I had a small problem with the shower head leading to a bit of a flood on the bathroom floor but I told them about it and they said they would fix it and there was no problem. It is quite difficult to find the hotel because the sign to it when you come off down the Autostrada leads you down a road which is currently blocked off ! They could do with improving the signs. But we found it quite easily!

We enjoyed the best the location, great place to stay overnight. And restaurant was really good, stuff really friendly and food really good.

La stanza era fredda all'arrivo e durante la notte non è stata fornita una temperatura confortevole, tenuto conto che fuori c'erano - 2 gradi. Alla richiesta di aumentare la temperatura hanno risposto che il riscaldamento era centralizzato. Ho avuto l'impressione che quella stanza non fosse riscaldatra da parecchi giorni. Per il possimo soggiorno a Torino ho scelto un altro albergo, nel periodo invernale è un albergo che non consiglio.

E` molto comodo (2 min.) al centro Oncologico di Candiolo. Accetta animali domestici. Colazione abbondante. Struttura nuova.

La cordialità e la disponibilità del personale.

Ho avuto un inconveniente con l'acqua della doccia: un po' fredda.

Purtroppo nel periodo delmio soggiorno non era possibile usufruire del ristorante

Ottima soluzione qualità/prezzo per visitare la città di Torino.E' Necessario avere un'auto per raggiungere il centro città e gli altri luoghi da visitare(20min.circa)

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo, pulizia della camera.
