The situation, not very far from the train station (30 minutes walk or direct bus) and the Archaelogical Museum (15 minutes walk) or the Duomo or via Tribunali (both 15 minutes walk). The staff was also quite friendly. Toilets were clean but there were always a bad smell coming from the shower sink that went into the room. The smell was even worse when it was raining. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our room had very smelly drains in the bathroom and the restaurant was closed for the winter but there was a very good place to eat nearby |

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de la piazza Cavour, emplacement central permet de se déplacer à pied quasiment dans toute la ville (si l'on aime marcher), même si ce grand axe piétonnier et routier est très, très fréquenté. Le petit déjeuner est bien, chacun peut y satisfaire son appétit. Manque le miel, mais c'est pas essentiel.deux restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel (un sur le même trottoir, l'autre en face), au service rapide, plats copieux et bonne cuisine. Seul bémol pour ces deux restaurants, je n'ai toujours pas saisi s'ils ne prenaient pas la carte bancaire, ou s'ils ne voulaient pas que l'on règle avec pour privilégier les règlements en espèce, et ça c'est plutôt désagréable. Si le lit était fait tous les jours, le ménage de la chambre non. Il serait bon aussi de mettre une petite affiche pour rappeler que dans les couloirs, tôt ou tard, on doit veiller au respect du sommeil et du repos des personnes. |

die schöne Dachterasse, die grösse des Zimmers, auch sehr schön war das Ambiente eines ehemaligen Palazzos. Den Geruch im Bad war sehr unangenehm, das Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. |

la chambre était spacieuse (type suite) avec un petit salon à l'entrée - on n'y entendait pas le bruit de la rue revers de la médaille: la seule fenêtre donnait sur une cour intérieure et la chambre n'offrait donc aucune vue ni luminosité, il fallait allumer les lampes même en plein jour |

Výborná lokalita, personál se snažil trošku hovořit anglicky. Snídaně byly chudé, v restauraci nepořádek, v koupelně zápach. Celkově bych hotel hodnotil 3 hvězdami |
