There was a free parking lot. The hotel is situated opposite the ugliest, tallest concrete church in the world. The chuch bells playd loud and out of tune music many times a day. The room was very, very small and with a view to a small dirty yard. The dinner in the "exlusive restaurant" was the worst I have ever had in Italy. And it wasn't cheap either. The bread was like canon balls and the chicken I had as secundo tasted of nothing. At breakfast they served the same bread. The surroundings of the hotel is boring and there are no restaurants nearby. My advice: Never go to this hotel!

Good price for quality. Nice staff. Clean, very clean. Not so close to Ortygia but close enough. Close to other attractions Not so close to Ortygia. The walls are too thing, you can hear the neightbour´s air conditioning and noises, but thank God people didnt stayed up until too late. High heels of the guess in the upper floor woke me up. :(

Hôtel bien équipé , avec parking ( point important dans notre choix ) qui convient bien pour les groupes (notamment pélerins au sanctuaire ) plutôt triste pour voyageurs individuels " l ' atmosphère"

La posizione della struttura, perfetta per visitare il Santuario (esattamente di fronte) e la zona archeologica della città La pulizia degli ambienti e la gentilezza dello staff. Parcheggio nel retro dell'albergo (10 posti) ed un altro pubblico ad un centinaio di metri. Cosa molto importante considerando il prezzo molto elevato dei ticket nei parcheggi a pagamento (anche di notte). Le camere un pò piccole e per questo troppo vicine tra di loro, con grande confusione proveniente dai corridoi e dalle camere adiacenti (forse non ben insonorizzate) La doccia piccolissima! La colazione: poco assortita

ad un passo (saranno 20 mt) dal Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime. Ciò lo rende accettabile per coloro che desiderano fare una vacanza religiosa per seguire le funzioni del Santuario. La pulizia dell'hotel è abbastanza approssimativa. Se prenotato con sconti e promozioni va bene, se si tratta di prenotazioni a prezzo pieno lo sconsiglierei a meno che non siate a Siracusa per il Santuario...
