Location very near to Florence, without the traffic, parking and expense of staying in the city itself. No fault whatsoever of the hotel staff themselves, unfortunately a loud-mouthed Australian gentleman(?) spoiled our evening meal. |

1. Nice rooms. 2. Indoor swimming pool, sauna & gym for free. 3. Relatively good breakfast (to Italy, of course). 4. Very helpful staff. 5. Although the place is not inside the Florence, it takes about 10 minutes to get to city center by car (park outside the center as Florence has a lot of ZTLs) 6. Remember to try Zecco restaurant in Protelino (2 km away from the hotel) - good Florence food for a fair price. As a cheaper option, consider pizzeria 2 km away from Protelino (turn right in the main intersection in Protelino when driving from the hotel, you'll find the pizzeria in the next village). 1. You have to pay for the internet. 2. Some of the advertised facilities are not available (no table tennis, for example). |

Der Blick vom Balkon vor dem Zimmer auf Florenz war unbezahlbar. Die ruhige Lage nur 20 Minuten von dem pulsierenden Stadtkern von Florenz entfernt war einmalig. Das Hotel schließt auf nicht absehbare Zeit ab November 2009. Das ist einerseits schade, andererseits ist eine Renovierung nicht zu verachten. |

Es un hotel fantástico con un precio genial. Teniamos contratada una habitación triple y nos dieron una cuadruple, muy amplia y bonita. Quedamos encantados. Era superior a lo que esperábamos. Es un auténtico 4 *, con sauna, gimnasio, piscina y unas vistas y entorno preciosos. Que solo pasamos una noche allí. Lástima... |

Il prezzo Struttura trasandata, moquettes macchiata ed usurata dalla hall ai corridoi x finire alla camera / In camera arredi datati, muri sporchi e stuccature a vista, in bagno la manopola del rubinetto si staccava in continuazione, balconcino sporco e persino una bottiglia da 1/2 lt. con 2 dita d'acqua e piena di mozziconi di sigarette / Piscina in stato di degrado, fondale scrostato in piu' parti, acqua non pulita, colonne che cascano a pezzi / Breakfast da dimenticare per assortimento ma soprattutto per qualita....i succhi sono osceni! |

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit riesiger Terrasse. Hervorragender Blick bis nach Florenz. Hotel ist idyllisch, ruhig und gut gelegen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Überhöhte Barpreise. Wir kannten das Hotel bereits und sind total enttäuscht von dem schlechten Standart. Auf gar keinem Fall sehen so 4 Sterne aus. Das Zimmer unserer Freunde war sehr ungepflegt und wesentlich kleiner. Das Bad sehr abgenutzt. |

La piscine, un petit déjeuner très généreux et la qualité de la literie. Mieux flécher l' hôtel car trés difficile a trouvé car situé a l' extérieur de Florence (8.5 KM environ de la place de la liberté de florence) puis prendre via bolognese et toujours en montant pour se rendre a pratolino. |

einmalige Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick vom (sehr) großen Balkon auf die Toskana und Florenz, geräumige, saubere Zimmer mit gehobener Ausstattung, sehr ruhige Lage, gut lärmgedämmte Zimmer Anspruch und Wirklichkeit passen oft nicht zusammen: Klimaanlage und Balkonbeleuchtung funktionierten nicht, Toilettenbecken im Bad nur notdürftig befestigt, eine der beiden Matratzen im Zimmer war völlig durchgelegen. Hallenbadwasser nicht beheizt, Whirlpool ohne Funktion, (nach Angaben der Mitarbeiter seit 3 Wochen defekt) |

tout était très bien surtout pour 50€ la nuit! Très bel hotel dans un cadre magnifique. l'homme à l'accueil le soir était peu aimable, n'a pas fait l'effort de parler une autre langue que l'italien et a demandé à vérifier notre réservation booking (comme si on voulait frauder!). |

Nähe zu Florenz (+ Shuttel Bus), ruhig, sehr sauber, Freundlichkeit des Personals, großzügige Räumlichkeiten (Zimmer auch), Gute Einrichtung (Sauna, Fitness, Hallenschwimmbad,...), große Terasse mit Aussicht auf Florenz, super Zimmerservice. Frühstück überschaubar, keine Tomaten, Salat, Gurken o.ä., Liegewiese und Garten vernachlässigt, keine deutsche TV Sender, WLAN nicht kostenlos |
