The Demidoff is a stylish resort with indoor swimming pool. Located in the Tuscan countryside, it offers a free scheduled shuttle to/from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station. All rooms at Demidoff Country Resort are elegantly furnished and offer air conditioning, and a balcony. Some rooms have a private terrace overlooking Florence's skyline. Es hat mir zwar gefallen, aber ich hatte eine Bestätigung zum Preis von 144.-- Euro für 2 Tage inkl. Frühstück. Ich musste aber 160 Euro bezahlen. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Allereerst het personeel was excellent. De kamer was zeer mooi. Ook het zwembad was een meerwaarde. Het enige dat ons is tegengevallen is dat er vermeld stond dat er een busshuttle aanwezig zou zijn die vervoer van en naar het centrum verzorgde. Bij aankomst bleek het om een mini busje voor 4 personen te gaan, die bovendien maar 1 maal per dag over en weer reed (in de folder op de kamer was er sprake van 2 maal over en weer rijden). Gezien de capaciteit van het hotel is dit belachelijk. Aangezien er voor deze shuttle op voorhand moest gereserveerd worden, bleek bij onze aankomst dat alle plaatsen reeds gereserveerd waren voor onze verblijfsperiode. We hebben net om het gratis vervoer dit hotel gekozen. Wat is het uiteindelijk voor ons geworden? Voor de meerkost die ons het vervoer naar de stad kostte hadden we een hotel in de stad kunnen nemen met parking.

Il soggiorno è stato quasi perfetto. Lo staff è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile, la camera (superior) era molto bella, pulita e confortevole. Le camere base, forse non sono il massimo, viste le immagini da altri siti (sembrano piuttosto vecchie), ma la superior è perfetta: parquet, letto comodo, bagno anch'esso nuovo, pulito e piuttosto spazioso. Niente di negativo da riscontrare per quanto riguarda la camera. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il cibo servito dal ristorante dell'hotel. Noi abbiamo approfittato di un'offerta valevole per il 31 dicembre, ovvero un brunch che andava dalle 10 alle 15 fatto per andare incontro al cliente che, magari, la mattina del 1 dicembre voleva dormmire un po' di più. L'idea era molto carina e il prezzo piuttosto contenuto (35 euro a persona), ma la qualità del cibo lasciava un po' a desiderare. Il ristorante, quindi, per me è bocciato, ma sarebbe da riprovare visto l'evento particolare.

La posizione panoramica. La struttura in se non e' male,ma si presenta vecchia!sia esternamente,che le camere,l'arredo. I pranzi,per quanto riguarda I convegni,sono molto scarsi e scadenti,per chiedere €20!e' stata una critica di molti partecipanti,che come me hanno poi preferito mangiare altrove. Per l'importo chiesto,c'è molto di meglio,io ho soggiornato anche la notte successiva,ad una tariffa di €80, più il pranzo di €20.

Abbiam fatto un breve soggiorno al Demidoff, e sinceramente avrei preferito rimanere qualche giorno in più! Il posto è molto carino , immerso nella natura, lontano dal traffico, ma a 10 min da firenze! Ottima accoglienza e cortesia della reception, camere spaziose e pulite fornite di ogni comfort. Ci tengo a spendere qualche parola per il ristorante, a mio parere meriterebbe un paio di stelle Michelin e non scherzo, perchè la sala e proprio bella, il servizio è ottimo e la cucina fantastica! Diversi piatti anche tra I più elaborati per chi cerca nuove esperienze culinarie...andateci e non ve ne pentirete!

mooie kamer met ruim balkon. Zwembad met fitness, hotellobbie die eigenwijs is ingericht. Leuke ambiance dus voor glaasje wijn met fijne kleine kaart. Buitenruimte is saai aangelegd, locatie niet boeiend

Gentilezza e preparazione dello Staff, ristorante buono, contesto naturale, rendono il Demidoff una meta ripetibile Poco curato l'aspetto esterno del fabbricato (ruggine sulle grate) e poi architettonicamente "modesto"

Pour visiter florence, la situation de l'hotel est un peu excentrée soit 30 minutes en bus et le dernier bus de Florence pour Pratolino est à 21h00 ( pas de soirée prolongée dans le centre ville de Florence!) le point positif c'est la tranquilité de l'hotel et l'accès piscine pour un moment de détente après une journée de visite sur Florence.

La posizione,Firenze e altre località nonostante l'hotel sia fuori mano ,si raggiungono velocemente . Personale poco qualificato in sala, persona le poco scrupoloso nelle pulizie.I L personale delle pulizie non saluta e non risponde nemmeno al saluto ,anche se stranieri buon giorno è comprendibilissimo.
