Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the beds were very comfortable and the courtyard lined with citrus was cute & a real feature. The rooms were a little small and lacked tea & coffee making facilities which we are used to having in australia. I think the staff would have made us a tea, or coffee at any time we requested though |

Sympathy, confort, free Wi-Fi and parking, near Pompei, Herculano and the Vesuvio. Lack of ham and cheese at breakfast (sorry, I'm used to it). |

The location was great as it was close to the Ruins. We liked the free parking and the free wifi. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in since we've been travelling in Europe. Glad to see the English speaking news channel, too. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff, free wireless internet with laptop use in reception, closeness of stations is a bonus. Closeness to Pompei ruins. Reception staff were brilliant from looking up the price of postage to UK for cards to enquiring about opening times and booking restaurants. Nothing although the access to tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice especially when returning back to room after a day in the ruins, although this was always available in reception but at a price. |

The staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful to us. The handle of our pull along suit case broke and it was mended sucessfully for us. Hotel very central and convenient for stations, buses and 'Roman Pompei'. |

Loved the staff and how helpful they all were. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel is clean and fresh and everyone staying there is rested and relaxed so more likely to strike up a conversation. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic and the one time we found a place on our own it was a disaster (don't eat at la vinicola in pompei) I would've preffered a better pillow, but that's only because I have a bad neck. Although I'm sure if I'd asked for one they would've provided one. |

The hotel was excellent, close to city centre, staff were friendly, very helpful, with very good English. Amenities, service and cleanliness excellent. The hotel has a lovely comfortable, safe, relaxing feel to it. You are able to book tours, day trips etc from the hotel and these were marvellous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Pompei and this hotel to travellers . |

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - makes one feel at home. There was parking and you could leave your car there and walk to Pompei. Definitely recommend it to anyone overnighting in Pompei Our room was a bit small but the price of the room is also very reasonable. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet connection was comfortable, although not in reach in the room itself, and not too fast. |

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile for us - even when they were under pressure. The hotel is in a wonderful location and we loved the garden where we could sit and relax with a drink. Also, it was wonderful that they have parking on site for those who have hired a car. Nothing we didnt like but real toast (fresh bread toasted) would be fantastic at breakfast. |
