Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Gebäude ist natürlich alt, trotzdem ordentlich. Die "Dachterrasse" hat kaum Aufenthaltsqualität. Das überdachte und verschlossene Parkangebot gegen Gebühr für das Auto ist ein Parkservice mit Schlüsselabgabe ohne Ortsangabe (In der Nacht hat es einmal geregnet, das Auto war am Morgen tropfnass). |

It is a good simple hotel (no fancy stuff) nicely located and clean The internet connection often did not work. The elevater seems not very reliable (but walking 4 floors was not a problem to me) |

Hotel is very close to the Pisa Tower. Room was cool (important in August) clean, with marble tiled floors and air-chiller. Comfortable beds, but no cable TV, hence no English channels on the TV. OK for one or two nights if you need to be close to the main sights. Breakfast was poor (yesterdays bread), the lift was tiny (suitcases length-ways only!) and there were no other facilities as far as I could tell, not even any parking (I had to leave the rental car unattended in an adjacent street... pot luck if you can actually find anywhere to park) |

A good 3 star hotel in a quiet location, close to the old centre and the tower. Staff speak good English and are helpful. The breakfast was slightly limited - no fruit, cheese or cold meats, just cereals, bread, croissants, etc. The information about the city we got from different members of hotel staff was sometimes contradictory which led to some confusion and lost time for us. |

The hotel has a great location. Leaving the hotel and going to The Leaning Tower of Pisa was a great sensation as the hotel was so close. The building work oppersite made the morning very noisy. I reckon that this building work will continue all through the summer... |

Hotel was well located, within walking distance of main attractions & restaurants etc. Accommodation was clean and comfy. Staff also helped us arrange transport to the airport. Only problem was that we were put in a smoking room and it did smell quite strongly & as the hotel was full, unfortunately there were no free rooms to change to. |
