The location of Di Stefano is excellent. 15 minute walk to train station and 5 minutes to the tower. Hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Great breakfast was included for free!
The room was very comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The decoration was nice. The reception staff very helpful and kind. The location was great.
The breakfast on day one had run out of a lot of things. The so- called orange juice was orange squash. The coffee was disgusting. I had to clear my own table on both mornings.
Excellent location and ideal for a short stay.
The staff were great, very helpful. The free breakfast was a nice touch.
Our room was right off of the street and we heard cars and motorcycles all night long!
Breakfast Location Friendliness of Staff
Mosquitoes in room, was dealt with once mentioned to staff.
Good value for money. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location (in the central part of the city, but not the noisy one), clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. In brief, all you need to take a rest after the whole day of visiting Pisa...
Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, pretty good breakfast ! Rooftop terrace looked amazing, pity it was raining when we were there. Overall really liked it and looks like I know where I'll be staying next time I'm in Pisa!
Even though the hotel is located on a side street, it can get pretty noisy when cars are passing by when you have windows open. Guess that's the only drawback, loved our stay overall.
The room was totally different of what the sinopsis at the site promised!!!!
The bed was old and uncomfortable .we probably got flea bites from the bed
Good location; friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Our room had a good sized balcony and breakfast was fine. No complaints at all.
Location very good for tourist sites. Quiet side-street location. Reception staff extremely helpful.
Difficult to find by car due to the one-way system and blocked roads
Desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfasts were quite reasonable compared to other Italian hotels. I still prefer to bring my own prosciutto to breakfast. Wi-Fi not available in hotel but managed to get Pisa's free Wi-Fi hotspots in hotel. Hotel located very centrally and close to leaning tower complex.
Chose room with 2 single beds which unfortunately was very narrow & reminded us of student accommodation. Room was longish. Mosquitoes, even in October. Bed was too hard for my wife but OK for me.
Nothing of note - the hotel is just adequate.
cot for my kid very friendly staff good breakfast (as for Italy - I was afraid it will be only coffee&croissant) hotel bar with reasonable prices tarrace
you only get one little bottle of shower gel per person per stay
Loved this little hoteln Location is great as a base Staff very helpful and friendly Loved the rooftop the views are fabulous of Pisa
Room was a little small with no balcony
Friendly staff willing to help
Difficulty with initial booking
Central to everything and all within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English.
Nothing to dislike.
It's closeness to the attractions
The location is perfect, this is where one wants to be in Pisa, close to all attractions, yet out of the tourists' way, calm and quiet. Nice room with a balcony, good breakfast served in a very pleasant dining room, staff was very helpful, even arranged airport transfer for us.
There is ventilation in the bathroom, but it doesn't help much. Also air conditioning was very noisy, probably needs a check-up.
Spacious room Clean and well appointed Good breakfast Very helpful staff Good atmosphere Roof terrace Good wifi connection throughout - free
This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the shopping area as well as the popular sights including the leaning tower and museums. The hotel has a nice roof terrace with views over to the leaning tower - great for a sunset drink. The hotel has an older wing which has be very tastefully restored an includes an elegant vaulted chamber for breakfast.
Very convenient to Pisa tower, shopping street, staff had perfect english and were very helpful.
A bit of a walk from the station with luggage.
Good location, within walking distance of the Tower and main shopping strip.
When I turned the bedspread back there were a large number stains on the underside...yuk!.
A very welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a short stay.
