Det var en koselig og stor takterrasse. ( dårlig renhold av den) Sentralt.

we were at this hotel 7 years ago and went back for a second time it was fantastic will go back for a 3 time one day, it was me my husband and my 4 grown up children it was wonderful right in the centre of everything!

Great little hotel just a stones throw from all the main attractions including the tower etc. Great staff that couldn't be more helpful, good sized, clean rooms with great facilities and the most amazing breakfast room we have ever seen with an equally impressive all inclusive spread. Well priced and not a bad word to be said, great little find.

Tuscan water pressure in the showers will take a good layer of skin off, you've been warned.

Just about everything! Centrally located in a quiet area and just 2 minutes walk and your on the main street, 5 minutes walk to the Tower and Cathedral. Staff are exceptionally friendly and will help you with anything you need to know. The Bar in the reception area was very reasonable. Breakfast in the morning was good and continental and they also had a big flat screen TV on the wall, so you could listen to back ground music while having Breakfast. There is also a Bus Stop close by and just a 3 minute walk away Called Saint Cateria. So very easy to get around. I would definatly recommend this hotel. And I did look at very many hotels before chosing this one.

The lift was very small and only took 2 people and 2 luggage, but it wasn't a problem. The Wifi was a bit of a strange system, but I think it was across the board and the same in all the hotels. It was free but you had to log in to it. Its called a free Wifi Hot Spot! There was about 4 to choose from and you would select the strongest signal from where you were in the building, but quite often, you would select a page you want, then it would redirect you to a Yahoo page or MSM or something totally different, Weird! But if you have patients you'll get there in the end! The Hotel has thin walls, like most I think! and we were kept awake most of the night on our first nights stay to and elderly couple who likes to get up early and start chatting at 5am in the morning and also till 1am at night. The air conditioning units in the rooms are seasonable and was turned off when we stayed. But none of these things would put me off staying again..Nothings perfect after all.

Toilet unflushed on arrival. Room not clean, mirror held up with string through crack in frame. Toilet unusable front rim within inches of wall. Requested double bed through additional requests and was advertised as double, but bed was two single mattresses pushed togethers which you'd fall between gap.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was great - 5 minute walk to the Leaning tower of Pisa.

The location was wonderful, but very hard to get to with a vehicle - very hard. Reerve parking through the hotel. After struggling to find the hotel in a van through blocked and pedestrian only streets, we were more than happy to give the staff our keys and 25€ for park ing. Van was fine.

Outdated decor and the staff need could take a class on how to smile.

Great location, in the heart of the city and two blocks away from the tower.

Spacious room. Very clean. Fantastic shower. Comfy bed. Lovely breakfast.Fantastic view from rooftop terrace. Great location for sightseeing.

Very noisy in the street outside our room. Couple of staff could have been more frienfly. Unable to get drinks/coffee in hotel after 11pm. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

The attitude and very bad mood of the attendant the moment we arrived at the hotel. He was very rude and even criticized us for being there in January, saying everything was closed and we wouldn't find anything open, which wasn't true. Pisa is very much worth visiting, even in winter, and we found tasty food that night.

Location, 24-hour opening, good value

Just one or two of the staff were a little grumpy - but mostly they were charming.

Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and welcoming and in a fabulous location.

The room was very hot. Air conditioning in the room did not work. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, he said: " This is not summer". We had to sleep with the open window. It was very noisy, because of mopeds and cars.

It was a bit difficult to find in the car, and parking can be tricky, although the hotel staff will give a pass for the duration of your stay. No tea or coffee, but that seems to be the case with most of the hotels we stayed in

This is a budget hotel that is well worth the money. It's only a few minutes from the tower and while it's missing a few of the 5-star amenities, I would stay here again with no compunction.

Shower was miniscule.
