-the location, close to train station - breakfast included, however, see other comment
- one of the most uncomfortable beds since a long time. Old and hard matresses. Stayed two nights and would have not stayed a night longer even if payed for as both nights it was difficult to sleep. -breakfast included which might overall value 1,50€ (only the cheapest products from supermarket, one crossant, one little pan and Zwieback), nothing fresh at all - internet connection very poor, works only in the "common area" which means literally that you need to sit on the stairs as there is no open common area
They were helpful and nice.
Strong willed to the point they made me nervous. They gave me a hard time for using my credit card
The staff were all really friendly, the location to the train station was excellent, easy to find, amenities were great. Nice and quiet location.
-Close to train station -The staff were nice
-The lady at reception couldn't speak English -Room was dated and felt dirty -Breakfast was poor at best -Internet didn't work in the room -There is NO WAY this is a three star hotel
Close to train and bus station.
Wifi almost not existing
Staff desk was very helpful and welcoming. Decent breakfast (don't expect fancy food) Location close to ferry.
Poor Wifi, had to stand outside my room to obtain mediocre signal of the slow Wifi. Room ceiling, walls, and behind the beds were very dirty for a 3-star hotel. There were bugs during the night time, dead mosquitos squashed on the wall. Breakfast was fair (the servant refused to serve 3 personalized tea pots to 3 of us (all 3 of us requested tea), stating that we had to finish all 2-tea pots before we could have the third! They double booked my credit card accidentally, now waiting for reimbursement (staff apologized) Very pricy for 2 nights considering the overall quality!
Some problems that were encountered did get fixed in due time. Location is good, it does not take long to get there from Ferrovia. There is a nice restaurant nearby.
If you get a good price, compared to other 2 stars hotel, then go for it. Otherwise this cannot be treated as a three starts hotel, since it is lacking a real restaurant. Even breakfast is not warm, since you get just supermarket type of food + tea/coffee. So take good care what you your expectations are.
Location, cleanses and staff were very friendly.
There was not WiFi in room, we had to go to reception to get connected.
Quiet location in Venice. Staff was nice.
Overall hotel was old and hasn't had an update in many years. Very small rooms. Old box style TV barely worked with channels fading in and out. Wifi costs 5€/day. Breakfast consisted of bread(like dinner rolls) and coffee.
I thought all hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing stands out really, I would have liked a greater variety at breakfast perhaps but this is a very minor complaint.
Good location. Had funky top floor room with lots of space. That was great. They were flexible and let us leave our luggage for a while after we checked out. Plenty of hot water in the bath.
Hard bed, thin pillows.
Location, location, location. Budget friendly and a very easy signed walk from the train station. Approx 5 mins.
Don't bother about breakfast here. Better off paying for it at a cafe. Old building but old bed. Creaked and groaned everytime you move. Doesn't make for a pleasant nights sleep.
Great location, breakfast was ok, friendly staff, clean, quiet. Really good value for the price.
the staff was rude. the hotel was ill kept. it was awful and i would not stay again or recommend anyone else to stay. i have never had an experience this bad before. they even insisted on paying cash. i am watching to see they do not also charge my credit card.
Unfriendly service, not all english speeking in the reception Far too expencive, and for sure not a 3 star hotel No fireescape possible Very, very poor breakfast and breakfast room WiFi did not work
staff is kind and helpful the location is conveniently close to the railway station
my room was super tiny breakfast food arrived late on one day and was not fresh on the other
