the room is very small the shower is too small no variety in the breakfast
the staff were very knowlegable and helpful
the shower and elevator are too small
I liked the proximity to termini station and easy to get to the metro. It was close to good pizzerias and other restaurants and bakeries.
You had to put in the user name and password every time you used the internet. You also had to turn the room lights on to be able to turn on the bathroom light.
location is good.
shower cabin was extremely small.
US-based travelers..DO Not stay here. This is a 1 or 2 star at best. The carpet was so dirty and disgusting I would not take off my shoes. The chairs were dirty, the bedspread was gross. I am a 4'11'' woman very petite and I was bumping my elbows in the shower/closet. The desk staff was rude an insulting. He started chatting with me asking where I've traveled so far and then he said he finds my country very boring. Not sure what warranted an insult as a greeting. I just stared at him and took the key and went to my room. Luckily I arrive late and left early and could not wait to get out of there.
Nice and clean rooms Super fantastic staff which provides excellent service. (Thank you Chandra!) Good Price. Walking distance to central station. Nice breakfast.
Bathrooms and lift very small. A lot of noise from street.
Very good location and staff
Breakfast - just a joke((( Wi Fi internet connection is very poor. It just doesn't work.
Fantastic location Good price Friendly staff
Very hard beds Breakfast had no fresh meat or cheese, and no hot food. Juice was made from powder. Unhygienic cleaner that made room smell of sweat a lot.
Staff very pleasant and location, close to city centre
Everything very small (lift, bed, etc.) Breakfast could be better
Location was brilliant,10 minute amble from Termini and close to bus/metro stops. Rooms at rear of hotel very quiet. We did have a front (street) facing room for 1st night but then moved to rear for the other 4 nights. Continental breakfast with a decent selection of hot and cold drinks/cereals/cold meats and cheeses - suited us. All staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel and rooms very clean all of the time.
Only minus point would be the size of the shower - big enough to shower in but its possible that if you are used to a larger one it may disappoint.
Good breakfast by Italian standards. Nice to be able sit outside on roof top for breakfast. Large room for Rome. God value for money.
The fridge could have been colder. Lot of homeless people sleeping on streets around hotel. Had to step over one poor man to get into hotel one night.
The breakfast was on the top floor terrace, which gave a lovely start to the day. Staff were friendly and breakfast selection great. Rooms were clean and great location, close to the train station. Air con and quiet hotel, so easy to sleep.
The WiFi is extremely slow, almost non-existent. The bathroom was clean but the shower cabin will be tight for a more than average sized person (room 301).
