Отвратительное отношение менеджмента отеля. Забронировали номер за несколько недель, но по приезду услышали от человека, назвавшегося владельцем отеля, что ему невыгодно сдавать номер на сутки, и поэтому он может или предложить заселиться в другой отель (жуткая ночлежка по совершенно неадекватным ценам), или попрощаться. И плевал он на бронь с букинга. |

La ubicación, cerca de la estación Termini y de los principales puntos turísticos de Roma. Además la cercanía del metro te permite llegar al Vaticano en 15 minutos y andando llegas al Coliseo en 20 min. Un taxi a piazza Navona cuesta 7 euros |

El propietario es muy amable. Te proporciona un chofer privado en mercedes, hotel aeropuerto ciampino por 40E. Bellas vistas a la plaza Es bastante caro, 210€ por día es excesivo para el tipo de habitación.Los adoquines hacen que se oiga el trafico |

Calidez del personal, muy amables en todo momento. Camas grandes. La limpieza muy destacable, cambio de toallas y sábanas a diario y a primera hora, desayuno muy bueno. Zona muy tranquila (al frente del Ministerio del Interior), a 70 mts a la izq.: Via Nazionale y a 100 mts a la der. Via Cavour, ambos con gran cantidad de buses tanto de ida como de vuelta, a 500 mts de Termini,. No tengo nada en contra, por el contrario la próxima vez que regresemos a Roma, sin lugar a dudas iremos al mismo hotel, es que estabamos como en casa y muy cerca de todo y la relación calidad precio superó nuestras expectativas, además de la amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Al frente una pizzeria muy buena y a buen precio. |
