I have stayed at many hotels in the area and this was a little bit better then I expected. My room faced a noisey street but the hotel had new windows which did a great job of keeping the noise out. The maid did a very good job of cleaning the room every day during our 4 day visit. The staff was helpful and I had no problem speaking english The breakfast was not much. Very basic and the same thing every day. |

Excellent family run hotel, it is clean and has all that is needed for this price range, plus a bit more. No tea making facilities in the room, also the hotel rule not allowing use of your own kettle to solve that (essential for my wife's) need. |

Calidez del personal, muy amables en todo momento. Camas grandes. La limpieza muy destacable, cambio de toallas y sábanas a diario y a primera hora, desayuno muy bueno. Zona muy tranquila (al frente del Ministerio del Interior), a 70 mts a la izq.: Via Nazionale y a 100 mts a la der. Via Cavour, ambos con gran cantidad de buses tanto de ida como de vuelta, a 500 mts de Termini,. No tengo nada en contra, por el contrario la próxima vez que regresemos a Roma, sin lugar a dudas iremos al mismo hotel, es que estabamos como en casa y muy cerca de todo y la relación calidad precio superó nuestras expectativas, además de la amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Al frente una pizzeria muy buena y a buen precio. |

Ubicación y trato del personal en general. Limpieza de las habitaciones. La habitación cuadrúple que nos dieron era lo suficientemente espaciosa para poder moverse cuatro personas sin dificultad. El desayuno era un poco monótono pero suficiente. |

A localizacao. melhorar o cafe da manha, reformar a entrada do hotel pois quando cheguei me assustei, fiquei c/ medo, colocar uma cortina na banheira pois quem toma banho molha todo o banheiro!!! talvez 2 estreleas seria a categoria desse hotel. |
